Arrived as soon as they opened at 9am. Drive through was really quick despite the huge line outside. Prices and taste are the same as other raising cane’s but the amount of ice used on the drinks are ridiculous. Hard to tell but they filled about HALF the cup with ice! A large size and half it is ice the other half is actually soda. You can see where I drew the line where the ice ends, on the other side where my thumb is, its where ice ends. Ridiculous

I ordered through Uber Eats from this location and my driver was given the wrong order. The food I received did not match what I ordered in the app. I brought the incorrect order back to the restaurant myself, along with the receipt showing the wrong items. I also tried showing the manager the correct order on my phone to compare it, but he refused to even look at it.
I was not asking for a refund, I simply wanted the correct order made. I spoke with a male manager and he repeatedly told me there was nothing he could do. I had all the proof, including the incorrect food and the receipt, and he still refused to fix it.
Since they had already taken the wrong order from me, I asked for it back so I could at least have something to eat, even though it was less than what I originally paid for. He had to step away and speak with other employees before finally agreeing to give it back. I honestly almost left empty handed.
I’ve worked at a different Canes before and this is the first time I’ve experienced a manager unwilling to correct a clear mistake. Very disappointing customer service.

I love Cane’s and this new one that opened by gives you the best indoor experience and outside, but I do feel like there is to many staff because some weren’t even doing anything but hey still 10/10

Honestly, I’m surprised the Sweet Tea has been off twice now. Other than that, food is great! The customer service tho…it feels like they hired the worst of the applicants. On a slow day, I waited just under 5 minutes for someone to take my order at the drive thru, all because the employee who was working the side I was on went inside but the employee working the other side of the drive thru, just stood there speaking to a colleague. Whether in training or just casually conversing, the employee taking orders did notice me and yes I noticed them noticing but decided to just stand aside until their coworker arrived. Whether it’s a first job or not, they severely lack the basic skill of taking initiative or problem solving. Such a shame.
