2 problems…the counter order taker wore a mask, making it difficult to understand what she said. Wearing a mask is OK, but not when clear communication is needed. And this location is very user unfriendly when it comes to the mobility challenged. If you don’t get one of the two spots near the entrance, you will have a long walk (as directed by the posted directional signs).
When it comes to close parking spaces, this store chooses mobile order pickup over the handicapped. Mobile pickup gets 3 spaces and the handicapped gets 2.
Food was good, as expected.
I waited around 40 minutes for a simple order of three chicken fingers, which felt unreasonably long given the size of the order. Unfortunately, there was no clear communication or update during the wait, which made the experience more frustrating.
The food itself was fine, but the long wait time significantly affected my overall experience. I hope the team can improve efficiency and communication during peak hours, as this location has potential to do much better.
The place is clean, staff is super nice and attentive. They could have designated the layout a little better for the line.
The outside seating is awesome.
Thanks for lunch!
The crinkle-cut fries and Texas toast are solid sides and round out the meal nicely. I also appreciate that the coleslaw adds a touch of freshness to the otherwise fried-heavy spread. The portions are generous, and the prices are fair for what you’re getting.
Why not 5 stars? The menu is pretty limited—if you’re not a fan of chicken tenders, there’s not much else to choose from. Plus, the wait can be a bit long during busy times. That said, the staff are always friendly, and the food is worth the wait.
If you’re looking for a comfort food fix and you love chicken tenders, Raising Cane’s is absolutely worth a visit!
