I braved the drive-through at 12:30 on a weekday. Thankfully, there were not a lot of cars in the parking lot and I only had a couple ahead of me. Their parking lot is kind of confusing, but it’s good if you can follow directions and signs. The guy took my order efficiently and offered me a Post Malone upgraded cup. I declined, as I didn’t feel the need to spend the extra money. The meal was very good and they let me exchange cole slaw for extra fries. My only complaint was the sweet tea seemed less sweet than usual (probably more healthy for me). Not a long wait for my food once I got to the window, about 4 minutes. The food was still hot when I got home 10 minutes later. Overall a good experience, however I don’t think the limited edition cups should come at an increased price regardless of who is on it.

We came here for a fundraiser for my daughter’s school. The gentleman who took our order was fast, friendly, and efficient. Their menu selection is pretty simple, and reasonably priced. The atmosphere inside was warm and friendly, even during covid. Our food was ready really quickly and we were able to get out of the crazy parking lot fairly easily.

We are done. Just had our last trip to this restaurant. This place has become the biggest ripoff in fast food. We have had friends kids who have worked here. My own son worked next door when they opened this Canes. But it has gone so downhill in value lately, it’s not worth it.

The food here is great, but the drive thru situation is a nightmare that management needs to fix immediately. Due to the layout of the parking lot, there are two competing lines with lots of angry customers forced to constantly fight with each other to get into the ‘real’ drive through line. This leads to lots of people ‘stuck’ without a way to get out and very angry. They need someone out there directing traffic. We will not be coming back until they get this fixed. If you come here do yourself a favor and order ahead.
