We ordered extra crispy strips and opened our box to not fully cooked strips. It was literally pink on the inside. I will attach a photo of our receipt that says extra crispy and our strips that aren’t extra crispy. Even the fries were sooo salty. Canes used to be good but not anymore. I don’t think we will be back.

This place is perfect,brand new, the hostess took my order and was polite and courteous. I was paying with cash. She put the marker to it. But still needed her manager or owner to come and inspect the bill. The gentleman ran his fingers through the bill and stared at me,as if I took his personal belongings from him. It passed the test. And he said I believe have a good day. . Kind of creepy. I will still return because our family loves the food.

Very disappointed in canes, just ordered food for my wife and girls. got home the 3 piece had the smallest chicken tenders I have ever seen our sodas were full of just ice and splash of soda. l asked for an extra cane sauce that’s 50 cents more that wasn’t given and even paid for and food was completely cold. Never going back.

This spot is quiet and cozy. All employees were very friendly and caring. Inside was colder than outside. So, we decided to eat outside.

Idk why they ask if you want extra sauce and charge you for it when half of the time they don’t even put it in the bag. The drive thru is always empty so it shouldn’t be too time consuming to check the bag to make sure you fully completed the order. Besides that, I love how friendly the staff is and the food is always good.

For a regular iced tea and purchased 6 chicken fingers to split between two people it came to $15. Chicken fingers were more like little nuggets, greasy, lots of fat. Positive note, chicken was cooked to perfection. Seeing $100 items on the menu in the drive-thru threw me off as this was my first time at any Raising Canes. Would I spend $15 to go back for a little greasy chicken nugget? Sadly, no.

Went to canes ordered thru drive thru when I ordered they didn’t say they were out of coleslaw till I got up to windows to pay. If you had a good manager there you always anticipate a larger crowd than usual always be prepared.also they gave me 2 sodas that were so watered down we couldn’t drink them I had to go back.
