Raising Cane’s never misses.
From the moment you walk in, you know exactly what you’re getting—and it’s perfect every time. The chicken is always hot, juicy, and insanely tender with that crispy, golden breading. The Texas toast? Buttery, toasted to perfection. The fries are classic, crinkle-cut comfort food, and the coleslaw balances everything out just right.
But let’s be real—the Cane’s Sauce is legendary. I could put it on anything.
Fast service, friendly staff, clean restaurant, and consistent quality make Raising Cane’s a go-to every single time. Simple menu, executed flawlessly. If you love chicken, this place is non-negotiable.
(Ask for Kass) : Outstanding customer service from Kass—friendly, responsive, and truly helpful.”

We like Raising Cane’s, the food, the company, the general experience. Among the well known chicken concepts we find the food to be pretty much unique in a good way. They only sell chicken fingers, and fries and slaw. Period. No burgers.
First the chicken is always freshly done, the coating is light and crispy and it’s hot and fresh. Served generally with fries and dipping sauce it is to our taste lighter than most fast chicken. I find most fast chicken to be dense and dry.
The menu has a lot of combo choices, most of them vary the number of fingers, and you can add their coleslaw (which is a favorite of ours), sides are fries and a slice of texas toast. You can also get the fingers in a bun.
They have forks available, but generally this is an eat with you fingers experience. If that is not something you are comfortable with, this may not be the place for you. A few friends have mentioned that is a problem for them.
The atmosphere is casual chic with a young vibe. Generally all the employees are friendly and can answer questions.
We find that we can split a three or four finger bowl and both feel full. Really enjoy the chicken. Compared to McD’s or Chic Fil A, it is very light and alway fresh.
They feature coke products on the fountain.

I ordered online and I went to pick up my order, I had heard on the reviews about the small tenders being a big issue. I get home and open my box and I had tiny tenders as well. The fries were pretty good though, and the bread was good. The tenders were the only issue that I really had but overall it’s not bad.

”Finally tried the hype. The menu is very limited (literally just chicken fingers), but they do what they do very well. The chicken isn’t heavily seasoned, which is why the sauce is mandatory—it brings everything together. The Texas Toast was the surprise MVP of the meal. It’s a bit pricey for fast food, but the quality of the chicken feels higher than your average nugget spot.”

Went to this new location for lunch last weekend! And probably one of the best and fastest canes I’ve been to in a while! I went through the drive thru and there was about 5-6 cars in front of me but that didn’t matter cause it only took bout 5-10 mins to get through the drive thru and pay for my order and get my food! And the works at both windows were super fast and friendly! As I got my order to go once I got to where I was going I sat down to eat my meal and man when I opened the box it was hot and fresh and smelled awesome! The fries and chicken strips were both fresh and crispy not all soggy and gross like some places! I’ve been to other new canes locations in the past when they first opened and didn’t get the experience like I did at this location! The service , food and interaction with the workers was all around 5 stars! Keep up the awesome work and service and standards and don’t slip and fall like some other places do! Highly recommend this place and I’ll be stopping by again soon

I don’t get the hype, the chicken is just OK. The fries are horrible. The only thing good about the meal was the Coca-Cola. And it’s so loud in there they have to yell hello to you every time you come in and the dining room is too small it seems like the Walkway to table ratio is way off. You’re bumping into people all the time. It’s just doesn’t seem like a great experience we’re probably never gonna go back.

We just got our order in the drive thru 1st off they forgot to give me the 3 extra cane sauces the repurchased and after letting them know and checking our receipt we got them, halfway down the street my wife noticed we were missing one box combo order so here we go back afterwards we got it when we got home we couldn’t believe the freaking portion sizes with fries and small tenders (WOW) on top of that my sons maniac combo only had 4 tenders it should’ve had 6…WTH… 6 MEALS and almost $90 very very disappointing

This location is new… only a few months. Both times I have gone the service is decent but food is not good. Raising canes has some of the best fries when hot. This is the first location I have ever been to where bread is not soft and buttery. The fries are cold and stale and so is the chicken. Even you ask for the items well done. Idk… I probably wouldn’t go out of my way to eat here again.

I dined in today and got a caniac combo and the manager Anthony helped me out, he had told me he was the manager of that establishment and we had a good conversation I would recommend the food and atmosphere is great, I would become a regular to the Indio canes.

Great place to come to when it’s slow, family friendly, and very fast. Love the outside seating more than anything, they keep clean well.
