*to the reply: Even if the food was cooked properly, it would not be worth the cost. You obviously didn’t read my review to understand it. ‍♂️

1st time here and was shocked at how pathetic it is.

How is your food lower quality than Walmart brand froze fries and chicken strips?

Cashier, do you want lemonade. Yes please just a half a cup my son likes to mix flavors. Pay and see on the receipt an upcharge for a half of a cup of lemonade?? Y’all are paying that much more for lemonade than all other drinks?? So I ensure my son will get a refill of it, yet the cashier stood there on his phone as my son waited. My son returned to the table and says he doesn’t see me (my son is 5ft 6in so taller than the counter). I send my son back and another employee helped my son while the cashier was still on his phone, please see the pictures.

The chicken was not crispy, it was not raw, but needed more time to cook. Average flavor. Frozen chicken strips from Walmart are 5x better than these, and bigger.

The fries were mostly floppy and undercooked also.

What is so special about the sauce that it is so restricted to a tiny cup?? Like why not give enough sauce for 4 little chicken strips.

The bread is bland and soft, typically bread would be dipped in gravy or have butter to put on it, nope just dry bread to eat. ‍♂️

Be nice if they had just chicken, fries, and drink option. Keep the bread and bland coleslaw. It’ll save a fork from the landfill also. Add another strip and fries for the same price, properly cook the food, 2 sauce cups, and this would maybe be a 3 star meal. Oh and ask if we want to upgrade to a lemonade. It was nothing special. I’ve made fresh squeezed lemonade and this was not it.

There is no reason I’d ever go back. $27 for 2 mediocre meals. I can buy 5x the food frozen at Walmart and toss in an airfryer at home and have it be crispy. And have BBQ sauce as my preferred sauce to dip.

The restrooms were very dirty and out of TP, glad they had seat covers to make due with…

I bet this place could be better with a better manager.

Don’t bother replying to have me call you, do a better job of running a business and ensuring the food is cooked properly. I wouldn’t go back for free food at this location. The other low reviews are accurate as I experienced.

Don’t want to leave a neutral review but there just not for me, the chx was crispy and smaller then I see on in the other reviews, and the fries weren’t bad. To me the special sauce resembles a black pepper dressing. but if I had to try again it would be a chx sandwich instead, the breading is missing a lil something to me.
Friendly staff food was served hot a lil pricy but thats today’s lunch.

Chicken is great. Sauce is great. I waited quite a while with a short line, but the food more than made up for the fact. It was all fresh and hot. I will say the Texas toast was my least favorite thing as it just tastes like a cheeseless grilled cheese.

I was greeted at the drive thru with a very personable staff member who took my order professionally. Although, the line was long it moved efficiently. Staff at the window was equally personable; my food order was correct, hot and delicious. Well worth the wait.

I’m absolutely disgusted with my recent experience at Cane’s. I found a HAIR in my food—DISGUSTING! I voiced my concerns, which led to a call from corporate. I expected corporate to take this seriously and issue a well deserved refund. Instead, they brushed it off and offered me coupons as if that would make up for the complete lack of hygiene. And guess what? Even those coupons never arrived.

This is unacceptable. When a customer finds something so unappetizing and unhygienic in their food, a refund is the least they deserve. Instead, I’ve been ignored and left waiting for a resolution that never came. This experience has ruined Cane’s for me—if they can’t even handle complaints properly, I’d hate to see what else they’re letting slide. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere and warning others to do the same.

First time trying out Raising Canes. Nice looking restaurant inside, cool music, simple menu. The staff was friendly & professional, although made no suggestions or gave info.
Once we got our food, we thought it was good but it could have been better. It was warm and the fries a bit soft.
I think they can step it up a notch, maybe still training.

Chicken was piping hot! French fries were on the warm side and had no color. Could have used a few more minutes in the fryer. Soda was ice cold. Drive thru was efficient with no long wait time. Both servers were friendly and made good eye contact.

Went here for the first time . It was ok. The food to me is a little basic of course. I guess it is because my meal was a little burnt and dry I was really excited to try. Maybe next time it will be better hopefully . Other than that the sweet tea is banging good !!! Lol I would go back for the sweet tea for sure . It beats McDonald’s tea for sure haha. Oh and some one needs to help the drive thru line because it was a little messy . For example which car is next . Like every other car. But worth to try again

ONE LOVE. I absolutely love the food here, the canes sauce is what really completes the meal. The chicken fingers at canes are always so buttery and juicy, always served just right. Personally I’m just not a fan of coleslaw in general, so I always replace it with more fries or an extra toast. I really like that they serve toast with their meals, it’s different from other places and it’s great with the sauce too. The place looks so cool, you walk in and immediately notice the 3 disco balls and the atmosphere is very welcoming. I’m thankful that this location finally opened up, no more driving all the way to Santee

The first time I came here I was not impressed, but came back a year later and was pleasantly surprised. Place was clean the service was friendly and attentive and the food was good. I felt like I was eating something with some nutrition not just cheap fast food. Will be back.
