First time to this location. Parking was easy especially for being a busy shopping center. Friendly helpful staff, the young lady let me know while ordering the sauce was an extra charge. Appreciated that. Very clean restaurant, seating inside and out. Clean restrooms, good food, fair prices and decent portions. Highly recommend and will return.

Went through the drive-through the line wasn’t too long. They were taking orders in line. It’s nice to have you take your order. OK before you get to the window for pick up everything was hot and fresh and sweet tea is delicious. The portions are OK and the pricing is off the chain. 10 out of 10 recommend this location they’re always nice and mine is long.

This Canes is pretty nice! I went around lunch time and it wasn’t as busy as I thought it would be, which is a good thing. I was a bit surprised that the drive thru cashier asked me to go park at the mobile order pick up and wait for my 1 item combo and there wasn’t a huge drive thru line behind me. Besides that everything was good. My favorite is the lemonade!

The last time I was there, a couple of days ago. I purchased a large lemonade. They put a lid on it. The lemonade spilled out nearly as bad as if there was no lid at all! I thought that it was just put on bad. No it was fully on all around the way. I complained that they had put the wrong lid on that it was spilling excessively. The employee rudely said “No it’s the correct lid” “The lids here just leak” I said that not replacing the lids entirely and then putting the blame on the customer is very anti-customer. The counter person seem to think I was just being a jerk for not wanting a lid that leaks. I gave up on trying to convince them it was a bad lid she obviously didn’t care about it at all.
