Normally I don’t really leave reviews as such, but I feel there needs to be something said about the ‘bubbly atmosphere’ and overall ‘vibe’ of this particular location in Norwalk/Santa Fe Springs… The staff were all super friendly and VERY energetic and on top of everything. The tables were cleaned within less than a minute of a customer walking out, and the food was brought FRESHLY MADE to me at my table (which was not necessary) and served with an enthusiastic smile.
Honestly didn’t even feel real… and what I mean by that is that I have grown so accustomed to the fast pace of “takeyourorderokayhaveanicedaybyeNEXT!” sort of atmosphere that prevails in small fast-food chains nowadays. I did NOT get that feeling or vibe from anyone or anything at this location. The place was clean, almost immaculate, the staff were all friendly and seemed to be enjoying their job and not just putting on a face for my sake.
The Food was great, the chicken was cooked to almost comical perfection… Was nice to take a bite of chicken that DIDNT taste like it just came out of a freezer… and if it WAS frozen, it was a damn good job behind the scenes to prepare it! Swear it melted like butter when I ate it. I don’t know if it’s something with ‘Raising Canes’ or just this location in particular, but I will ABSOLUTELY be back to see if I can’t recapture that ‘vibe’ and taste I got from the last visit.
5***** stars, would and WILL definitely recommend!

So excited to see this Cane’s open up at corner of Imperial & Bloomfield. It will be a great “cornerstone” to the SFS community. I love that it has a great big sign of “SANTA FE SPRINGS” to compliment the NORWALK sign across Bloomfield Ave. Super cool and matching. They mentioned at the Grand Opening that the SFS is 2” taller than the Norwalk’s sign – but who’s competing…
Angelina was my cashier and she’s super cool and hard working. Ella me entiendes mi Español cuando le dije “puedo tener mi vaso vacío antes para tomar.”

No need for an attitude from the employees. I ordered food and waited for my name to be called. After I saw that three people that ordered their food received their orders before me, I walked up to wait by the counter. I waived the manager over and politely asked if he could please check my order. It had been sitting there the whole time. I started to speak to him and he turned and walked away while I was talking to him. I hope this is not the normal customer experience.

This is the Raising Cane’s with the worst customer service I have been to. We frequent that La Habra, Cerritos, Norwalk and Lakewood locations. We were excited when this one opened as it is so close to our home. Every single time we place an oder something is missing or the order is wrong. Then when bring up the mistake to an employee they are always unprofessional. Yesterday my mom went in to place an oder. One of the combos she wanted with out fries. The employee question her why she wanted no fries. Asked, are you sure ? Why would you want no fries? Then went to bring another employee who also questioned why no fries. Very ridiculous behavior. I think we will be driving down the block to the Norwalk location from now on.

This place sucked. I asked for the 3 finger combo which comes with toast. They forgot the toast. Also I asked for an Arnold Palmer and the cup was almost not even filled up at all. I couldn’t fill it myself because there was no Arnold Palmer drink option at the soda machine. Screw this place I should’ve gone to chick fil A across the street
Food 2 star
Service 1 star
Atmosphere 1 star

That is the coolest Raising Cane‘s I’ve ever been. I took the Norwalk Transit System Route 7 from my school at Rio Hondo College. I enjoyed the whole history of Santa Fe Springs. I like that how it shows the Santa Fe Springs sign inside of the place. I also I like that it’s close to the Metrolink Station in Norwalk/Santa Fe Springs. I would come here before I go to the Metrolink Train to go anywhere on Metrolink Train.
