We were looking for Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers to eat at, heard so many good things about it. We had chicken sandwich and chicken tenders. Both were excellent choices at this place. Was worth the stop in to eat.

LOVED IT, we watched a lot of videos of people getting Raising Cane’s and we had high expectations, and they nailed it. Chicken was perfect, sauce was really good. This is the location that made me officially stop eating at this franchise chain. I spend about 350-500.00 a month at this place the last year or so. The management is rude. I drove 10 miles to the nearest location tonight. So I called for a manager. My order was wrong and instead of it being refunded/fixed… I was accused of lying. I was told the transaction wasn’t in the system, regardless of verifying that I made a card transaction. Then I was told to give an order number, but I never got a receipt… the manager was obnoxious, rude, short tempered and REFUSED to give his name. After stating I’d be calling customer service due to the wrong order, far drive, refusal of resolution and poor customer support… He states “That’s fine. Just say L”.
Long story short I ordered a Caniac combo, no fries, no slaw… EXTRA toast. Butter on not sides… that’s NOT what I got. It would also take 20 miles of driving just to have it fixed.

I leave work very hungry and want to eat a delicious sandwich!! I come home, open my food, and see my fries unsalted, cold, and raw. The drive-thru person served me poorly, and my sandwich had no sauce. I ended up using one from McDonald’s. Terrible service!!

This place will mess up your order 4 out of 5 times. They get it wrong majority of my visits, idk how but they always find a way. This time I asked for an extra sauce and they completely took away my coleslaw and replaced it with toast. Last time they forgot the sauce lol (but don’t worry they definitely remembered to charge me for it)

This place keeps giving me soggy chicken tenders even when I ask for extra crispy i never get the extra crispy at this location. When it first open it was good now its about getting everyone out quickly. Quickly has really gone down. The fries were not even fully cooked and cold.

This is just grown-up chicken nuggets, nothing special here. The fries are soggy, The texas toast is soggy. Fries have no flavor and taste of grease. This is overrated and over hyped it’s a trend it’s not food. The only thing good here is the sauce. Everything else is bland, including the batter used on the chicken tenders. Not worth the high price.
