Service was great! But they forgot my extra sauce and my fries weren’t cooked all the way. I know it was opening day, but it was just not a good experience for me. I was really hoping this place would be better than the one on paramount, especially since it’s closer to me but I’ll make the extra drive to Firestone!

Each customer that entered the restaurant was greeted hello, welcome to Raising Canes!
Even though it was the first day, it didn’t matter to the staff because they kept on doing their job, constantly cleaning the floors, greeting everyone who came through the restaurants doors and checking how each customer was doing.
That is excellent customer service.

Stopped by this brand new Raising Cane’s today and had a great first experience. The space was incredibly clean… not just because it’s new, but because the staff was constantly tidying up. Everyone was attentive and checked in to see if we needed anything, which I really appreciated. Solid opening day. As always, the chicken was amazing!
