I come every day, I buy a lot and this is the fourth time they’ve given me an almost empty potato chip box. Now it was too much, I called them on the phone, a supposed manager answered and when I asked his name, he denied it and until now that I just got out of college, he denied it again. He didn’t want to give me my money and that’s what I demanded, that they give me my money and now because the manager without a name wanted me to leave without my money and without my parents. He and I can’t talk, according to the man, I was rude and I yelled at him and I don’t know what else, but anyway, since I didn’t leave and asked to speak to someone else, a man named Vince appeared, according to him he is a regional manager and he gave me my money back. I explained to him that I was never rude to any of his employees and I asked one of them and the lady who helped me said that I was not rude to her. The manager treated me with discrimination as if I had stolen something from him. I simply told him you and I can’t talk, call me someone I can talk to. Conclusion, they gave me a card with the name of the person who supervises this dog, Mr. Bill Koder. I will wait for them to contact me because that’s what they said but I don’t know how because they didn’t take my number. The sorry that was playing manager disappeared and all she said was I refused the service and I simply told her they already gave me the service and it was very bad. This is not the first time… and then she continued saying that I was rude when I told her that she was discriminating against me because of a condition.

I haven’t been to this location in over a year, and unfortunately my experience tonight reminded me why. I specifically requested extra crispy chicken and fries , but what I received is always very soft and mushy. The prices have increased and portions have gone smaller might as well order a kids meal
When I asked the oversized black girl with the braids working the drive through about it, she responded that she didn’t know because she doesn’t make the food and said she would talk to the kitchen and to have a good night . Didn’t offer to remake the order or anything. I get home to mushy old fries and a bland tea after requesting sweet tea.
The response felt dismissive and the interaction came across as unprofessional, especially when she started cackling laughing with the Hispanic male afterward.
If customers are requesting a specific preparation like extra crispy, the order should either be made correctly or the customer should be told if it isn’t available. I hope management can address both the food quality and the customer service at this location, because the current experience is disappointing. And sucks badly

Absolutely, love this location. Fast service, great food and fresh. All the staff there are amazing.A young lady we met for the first time, Jasmine was super amazing. This is the ONLY location of Raisin Canes I will go to in Vegas. They really do set the bar out of all the locations in Vegas. Tried other locations but this is the one we go to!! You won’t be disappointed. We drive all the way from Pahrump for the food and service.

My son recommended that we have to try canes , since we don’t have it in our country and it was our first time ever . The portion was generous good for a big guy or can share with 2 . The chicken was made with perfection , the staff were very friendly ( Anna and a young man don’t know his name were awesome) the ambiance was great too . I would definitely recommend it and would come back. Well done

Changing review from 5 stars to 2 stars. Good customer service and fast service but size of chicken fingers for what you pay has become a joke. Keep raising prices and decreasing the size of chick fingers (they should now be called chicken nuggets).
Other locations will give you an extra chicken finger if they’re small, not this location. Haven’t been here in a month or two and now I’m reminded why. Canes has gone downhill and has lost a frequent/loyal customer.
