Picked up Caniac Combo & 3 finger combo. The portions varied differently from the St. Rose location. Plus, it was cheaper there too. The chicken fingers shrunk in size, the fries portion was so small. It didn’t justify the $17 price. I was excited for this location but I know now to steer clear.

Is clean. They cater to hospital employees, who get a 10%automatic discount . Very friendly and clean . The menu is basic. All the chicken is really crunchy and zero spice. The secret sauce is tangy, not really good to my acquired taste so I won’t be returning. They do have tables outside for nice weather daus

Let me start out by saying the chicken fingers are awesome. My problem is on Saturday January 24 at 4:30 pm my wife and i stopped by on our way home to get dinner. We ordered in the drive thru and waited for over 25 minutes to get our order. My problem was we like good Lemon aid. The lemon aid we got had no flavor at all and was just discolored water, very disappointing.
If your going to go cheap on it, please just dont offer it.

I am a Caniac! I love that this location is now open. The chicken is super crispy, delicious, always fresh. I like that the drive thru was shaded and had fans for the workers outside taking orders. I can’t wait to go back.

4 piece chicken finger meal was very good, very filling and reasonably priced. It would have been a 5 Star sweep except they charge extra for 1 additional shipping sauce. Really, is $.39 gonna make or break the franchise!!!

Raising Cane’s: My 78-Year-Old Dad Is Now a Chicken Finger Fanatic ❤️

We took my dad to Raising Cane’s for the first time this weekend, and let me tell you—he’s officially hooked. At 78 years old, he’s seen a lot of meals in his day, but this one? This one got a standing ovation (okay, maybe just a very enthusiastic nod and a “Mmm!” but still).

He dove into those chicken fingers like a seasoned pro—crispy, juicy, and somehow nostalgic even though he’d never had them before. The Cane’s Sauce? Let’s just say he asked if we could bottle it and take it home. The Texas toast was golden perfection, and the coleslaw got a rare thumbs-up (he’s picky about slaw, so that’s saying something).

The whole vibe was clean, friendly, and fast. No frills, just good food and good energy. We laughed, we dipped, we conquered. And yes—we’ll absolutely be back. My dad’s already planning his next order like it’s a military operation.

If you’re wondering whether Raising Cane’s is worth the hype, just ask my dad. He’s 78, sharp as ever, and now officially a chicken finger evangelist.

Because it’s new in Meridian, the parking in canes is not very big, but overall, the atmosphere, the cashiers and the store were clean, nice and friendly. The food was super delicious. Chicken moist. Great time.

Update post note this is the second time I visited this area. Brand new next to dignity Hospital at St. Roseland weekend and also by Cadence area. Definitely worth the shot if you’re feeling your cravings of chicken. Food looks delicious. Fantastic service under 10 minutes. Definitely worth a shot if you’re around the area
