As Good as The Pic’s! Between Barnes and Nobles, Pepperidge Farms, the Mall this Grampa Found this Raising Cane’s and, Holy Wow!!! I snapped the pic of my awesome serving which exceeded my expectations in visual but then I ate it!!! I actually wanted more after devouring every fry, every chicken finger and even gulping down the slaw! My stomach was full but next time, more chiggin pingers!! Oh the servering team was our local highschool kids and I was impressed by their training and service as well!

As a Texan, I was genuinely excited to see Raising Cane’s pop up here in New Mexico. The service was solid—friendly staff, clean space, and the food hit the mark. But one thing really threw me off: I walked up to the counter for a lemonade refill and was told it’d cost me an extra dollar. A dollar. For a refill.
I’ve visited plenty of Cane’s locations across Texas and beyond, and I’ve never been charged for refilling lemonade while dining in. Turns out, Cane’s does offer free lemonade refills nationwide—so I’m left wondering if this was a one-off policy or just a local misstep.
Either way, it felt off. When you’re building brand loyalty, especially in a new market, nickel-and-diming customers over a drink doesn’t sit right. I hope this gets addressed, because Cane’s has the potential to thrive here—just don’t lose the heart of what makes it great.

The day crew is great at canes, the night crew is up/down depending on the day and who’s working. The short little emo dude who works drive thru is rude. No customer service whatsoever and hands you drinks that have soda all over them. Doesn’t double check the orders before handing em out.

I did an online order on my first visit and went to pick it up at the drive thru. Not only did I get told that was not allowed, but they said they would “get in trouble” giving me my order. Lots of headset radio traffic later, they handed me my order. All of that drama became hilarious when I saw their sad little food. That chicken is pathetic by New Mexico standards.

Ordered the Chicken tenders box. The coleslaw was amazing, the tenders were fresh and juicy. Lemonade was also good. It was just loud in there, you do have to get your own napkins and plastic ware. It felt crowded around the fountain drink area, staff was a ok. I just had a greeting from cashier and another employee did ask if we were good. First time here, food was great, but I think the atmosphere was just too loud for me. Prices was reasonable. My son and I dined in for 21$

The food was delicious. I absolutely love the sauce and chicken fingers, and the bread was excellent buttered up. The fries were crispy, and the chicken was crispy. For the drinks, I loved how the ice was like nuggets. The price of what I got was worth it, not as expensive as I thought it was. Definitely see myself coming back to this Raising Cane’s, Maki served us and was super helpful, cheerful, and very kind. The atmosphere of Raising Cane’s I really enjoy makes me want to dine in again for sure. 10/10!

The second time through the drive up and was told the sauces we asked for were in the bag. Chicken is great, fries are meh, but not all the meals had the sauces. It would be better if you just told me no, we’re not giving any sauce.

First time here. The food was good but the tables were all dirty and the bathroom needed attention. No one came around one time wiping off tables the whole time we were there until just as we were leaving. We sat and ate at dirty table. We will give it another try but cleanliness in the restaurant needs attention.
