Ordered my food. They did not give me the order. I ordered they charged me for it. Customer service when I asked the person at the window. If it had everything they said yes, they said they double checked it. What I got in the car they didn’t have everything. I was missing toast, and I was missing extra cane sauce went back in to get toast and cane sauce. Three people in the dining room, no one in the car drive through, took them 15 minutes to make toast and get one extra cane sauce. Horrible service.

I just experienced the worst case ever of customer service. The little manager guy with the bad mullet thought he was the CEO of the company. He should not be allowed to deal with the public. He refused to give my order to DoorDasher and refused to refund me after I drove up there myself to get it figured out. He treated me like trash, laughing in my face with other coworkers. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! I WILL NEVER EAT CANES AGAIN AFTER THIS EXPERIENCE!!!!!!! Do better

Great place in the North Peoria area… We ordered online and got delayed in picking up our food… when we arrived the manager asked if we’d like to have a new order made so it was fresh… that’s the kind of customer service we love… they didn’t have to but they did. Well done.

Atmosphere is good and employees seem to be enjoying themselves. Good service is fresh and quick. I agree with others that the chicken tenders are smaller than other locations… but the prices are good and getting an extra piece is reasonable.

Sit outside and enjoy the lights and fans… or rain

Don’t get lost of the comments of those who went on opening day / week… take as few to get things rolling. They’re doing a great job and open super late!

This location is a disappointment. The chicken fingers are consistently small, and the photo I attached shows 3 I received out of the 6 in a caniac meal. For the prices Cane’s charges, this is unacceptable.

This isn’t a one time mistake, it has happened to me multiple times at this location. Service is fine, but the food quality and portion sizes make it not worth the money.

Is this safe? I don’t think I’ve ever experienced my chicken melting into the styrofoam at any other canes location but this one and I’ve been eating canes a few times a month for years. Great that it’s fresh but makes me want to avoid the drive thru at this location.

Staff was friendly seemed to get along.
Food wasn’t bad needed more sauce.
Sauce should be a standard item with more than two tenders.
If it is didn’t get one with order.
Liked the fries.
Nice location not the easiest to get from within the plaza.

This is the second time I have went to this location, thinking okay maybe the first time it wasn’t the best for whatever reason. I gave it another chance and honestly I was disappointed once more. The chicken is as tough as leather and just really dry. The bread wasn’t even toasted it was raw and dry. The fries were cold and stale. The tea was watered down. This location is so lackluster and a disappointment. Every other location is t even this bad. We pay you to make good food. I should at least get my money’s worth. All of us should get our money’s worth.

Although my kids LOVE the food, this is “average” in our neighborhood. The line takes a bit longer to get thru than other locations. The staff is very friendly at the window. Would like to see styrofoam go away eventually as it taints the brand and the image. These guys are better than that. Tasty food when the oil is changed out frequently. Thx guys!

This chicken is so small. I laughed when I lifted the lid. One side of more than half my 6 piece $18 meal were soggy wet and not at all one love. were undercooked too. I’d think for being new you’d put your best finger forward. They don’t have buffalo sauce. Have you tried Just Bare tendies.. those are good

My service today at this location was disappointing – once again. I asked an employee, who cut me off before I could even finish my question, if she could fill up my drink in the back because the one in the front was out. Both diet and coke zero are out. She said they were connected to the same pump and that they are too busy to change it and turned her back to me.
So I stood in line to get a refund – there were only 3 teenagers in line that were together and they ordered individually. I stood there for maybe 5 minutes until my turn, and to add, not once did she call an order out.
Ive worked in the food business for 15 years – It takes 3 minutes – if that to replace the syrup.
It was quite disappointing to be dismissed then made out like I was causing a problem – to each employee.
After explaining everything and asking for a refund to the cashier she grabbed the manager – which then the manager turned to the inital employee and said, the pumps are not on the same soda machine why would you tell her that? She then turned back to me apologized and said she would grab some from the machine in the back.
I dont get it. Instead of her just grabbing me a drink from the back or replacing the syrup – which is a part of you job – it escalated to all of this….to removing the only cashier (but again “theyre busy” yes I am trying to prove that they in fact were not busy) from the front to find a manager who now had to leave her position to do exactly what she could’ve done. Also to add once again – in these 7-10 minutes not one order was called. These are the employees that should not be working in this industry – plenty of people apply for these jobs and yet a simple task of customer service couldn’t be fulfilled.
