First time trying Raising Cane’s. The chicken tenders were really good. Better than Popeyes or Chik Fila imo. Gluten sensitive options were also available.
Natalia provided outstanding service and checked in on us several times to make sure we had everything we needed. We told her we don’t have Raising Cane’s where we are from. She went out of her way to get us a few souvenirs which we absolutely loved. Some cute stickers etc. Loved it! 100% perfect hospitality.

This is the box combo. I specified to them to make sure there is extra fries in exchange for coleslaw. Never receive extra fries in exchange for coleslaw. I always ask for Crispy chicken tenders and they are never crispy. It comes out by the time i walk to the fountain drink machine before i can finish filling my cup.

They take the wrong order once again in the past two months. Ordered six piece combo, but gave me four pieces instead. Ordered from drive though, just checked the receipt and leave. When you open the box back home and you found out this is way beyond frustration.

I’m from Canada, stopped here for lunch. I must say this place was very good. The lady at the front was cheerful, food took little time to prepare, and was awesome. The chicken tenders are not frozen sticks, actual chicken breast, with tasty batter.

Danika and Moe were spot on with service, thank you! Danika knew to substitute that we didn’t want Cole slaw nor toast and to add extra fries. Diet Dr Pepper wasn’t available so Moe stepped in and suggested an Arnold palmer for less sugar, perfect and attentive to staff who wasn’t sure sure what to suggest!!! We had a terrible experience at another location and were sent a gift card; the only regret is we couldn’t tip on our business debit card and didn’t have cash.
The fries were a bit soggy and the fingers were soggy/greasy and unsalted or we’d give a 5 star on all 3 metrics- food, service, atmosphere. Thanks for the overall fantastic experience w fast food!!! Your speed helped us get our trucking company back to work quickly!

Some of the college kids are kind of rude. This evening, a young lady with blonde hair tossed an order at me. I’m not sure if she didn’t care or was race related. Perhaps she was on a bad mood. Just know, because delivery drivers are picking up orders doesn’t mean we should be treated differently. We’re there on behalf of the customer. The level of customer satisfaction shouldn’t be any different. Be better!

So I appreciate this location and everything, but I think more negative reviews get attention faster so it can change.
The money spent versus the food given especially for the drive through seems a little unfair. Maybe this was a one off, but all the same, I think it should be a little more fair on the ratio.

Came to have lunch at Canes with my wife. The food was great! Nice & fresh, lemonade is fresh & tasteful. Restaurant is nice & clean, movie pictures on the walls are cool to look at.
The only negative is the front cashier girl, she was unpleasant. She had a nasty attitude on her, even as she called our order I went & picked it up from the counter & said Thank you, she gave me no reply, or anything. Didn’t even look my way. She seemed to be a high school girl, young Hispanic I’m assuming. But minue her, this Canes location is great!

A frequent visitor of Raising Canes, first time I had this was in Louisiana but nice to visit the one here in Arizona. I typically get the Box Combo which is 4 Chicken Fingers, Crinkle-Cut Fries, One Cane’s Sauce, Texas Toast and Coleslaw. Like most I enjoy using the toast as a sandwich, putting somes fries and chicken inside and dunking it into the canes sauce. Also with the tea, I like to do a mix of the Lemonade and the Ice Tea. Nice service here, no complaints and good food.
