I recently stopped by Raising Cane’s in Queen Creek, AZ, and I was genuinely impressed! From the moment I pulled into the drive-thru, the team was upbeat, efficient, and friendly — you can tell they’ve got a great vibe going on.

The chicken fingers were hot, crispy, and perfectly seasoned — juicy on the inside with just the right crunch on the outside. You can’t beat the Cane’s Sauce — I’d come back just for that! The crinkle-cut fries were golden and satisfying, and the Texas toast? Buttery, soft, and grilled to perfection. I also appreciated how fresh and simple the coleslaw was — a nice balance to the meal.

The Queen Creek location is super clean and well-run, and the service was fast even during the lunch rush. It’s clear they take pride in both their food and their customer experience. Whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or feeding the whole crew, this spot delivers consistently great food and friendly service.

Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area — Cane’s never disappoints, and this location definitely holds up that reputation!

My husband and I have been fans of Raising Caines for years, it always been our go to for a quick meal and we love the chicken. Unfortunately in the past year, zxz this location has fallen short on quality, more than a few times during our visits.

Our last visit I ordered the chicken sandwich, and it was horrible. The chicken was slopped with an enormous amount of sauce, and the bun looked like it was ran over by a truck. While I understand the crew gets extremely busy, I don’t believe there is ever an excuse to rush and skimp on quality.

I called the store and spoke with the manager on duty. Explained my issue with the chicken sandwich and his response “So, you have a problem with the bun?” At that point I knew where the conversation was going, and I ended the call.

This will sadly be our last visit. I truly hope the owner/general manager reads the comments and takes action.

Some of the best chicken I have ever ate, however with that being said, it is very expensive. For my family of 4 it was 72$ for all of us to get a combo each. Bottom line, really good food but you will be spending a good amount of money to eat here.

I would normally applaud Raising Cane’s, because if there’s a fast food joint that has figured out how fry chicken fingers, its them. However, if there’s a restaurant that can forget to include the extra sauce that I paid for, its them too. I don’t k kw about you, but I use that sauce on everything. I dip the Texas toast in it, the fries, and obviously the strips. 1 sauce for 4 strips, fries and 2 pieɓ

I had such a great experience at this Cane’s location thanks to the manager, Kevin, who truly went above and beyond. They were incredibly kind, attentive, and made sure everything was taken care of without hesitation. Huge thank you to the manager and the team!

It is surprising to think a restaurant can make it serving basically only chicken strips but Raising Cane’s is always busy. We like their chicken and the sauce is good too. Although the chicken strips sizes can be a bit small on occasion. The coleslaw is tasty but a little on the dry side. Their fries are good but not well done, which is fine because we bring them home and put them in the toaster oven. The bread is good, if you don’t mind the extra carbs. The service is fast and almost always friendly. Even though the driver thru line is long it moves rather quickly.

I am so annoyed with the Ellsworth rd and ocotillo rd location! They went out of their way to ignore me in the drive thru when they messed up my order. It was very deliberate, several employees made eye contact with me but would not come back to the window to see what was wrong with the order, shame on all of you, do better it’s part of your job!!

Chicken was the best I have had from a fast food style restaurant by far…fries left a lot to be desired, the coleslaw was crisp much like the fries lacked anything special pretty bland! Regardless I would eat there time and time again just for the chicken!

I wish I knew who the manager was tonight on Sunday September 7th because her customer service is phenomenal! We ordered a Box Combo with Naked Tenders. We are used to waiting for our order to be ready but tonight it took unusually longer. She brought out our order and gave us a receipt for two box combos in the future. That is definitely one way to make up for it. Because of her I will definitely be back!

What can I say, Raising Cane’s makes the best fried tenders in the Valley. Just my opinion, but there it is. Staff smiles like they are actually glad to see you. Sweet tea like they do it in the South!
