We visited Raising Cane’s while traveling since it’s another restaurant we don’t have in Canada and it was high on our kids’ must-try list.
We were a bit disappointed that there weren’t any gluten-free options available, which limited choices for our family. That said, the chicken itself was delicious. The breading was light and crispy without feeling too heavy, and you can definitely see why it’s so popular. The Cane’s sauce was a standout — absolutely delicious and the perfect pairing for the chicken.
Our fries were a little soggy, which was a small letdown, but overall it was still a fun spot to try while visiting. Definitely a must-try if you’re in the area and curious about the hype!

I love raising canes , but this location is just baddd!! The girls at the window were gossiping and handed me a drink dripping every where … I had to ask for napkins .. than the food oh my goodness I’ve never had a bad experience at a canes till now, the sauce cups were overflowing the coleslaw was also overflowing!!!! A total mess, than the fries wow floppy not fresh not hot ! I expect perfection at canes being it’s so simple !! Usual canes smells delicious right from the window!! Not here .. probably because it wasn’t freshly frying anything at least not on the 3 pm shift!!

I must admit that I’ve always had the greatest experience here. The staff has always been great deany, exceptional, at customer service. They should give him a raise. He does a great-great job, but all the staff members that I’ve encountered here. They have done exceptional with their customer service and everything else. And I could not say, I’ve been more happier and satisfied coming through this raising canes in the whole entire valley. So I just wanted that to be known. And I hope, like I said, you give all those staff members definitely great praise. But definitely like I said, D’angelo, make sure he gets hopefully a raise the young man does a great job, and I’m always pleased when I come through this, raising came with the customer service. And everything. Everything else that I get from all the representatives and I will leave it at that come here and eat.This raising canes on paradise valley.They got top of the line staff and service highly recommend.

Always love some Cane’s. This is my go to for fried chicken these days, partially due to convenience and partially for the consistency. Always get the caniac combo, plenty of food for one person and not outrageously priced. Been going here since they opened this location. You know exactly what you are getting and it is never bad if you like chicken fingers. Costs just about $15 for the combo which aligns with many other options for drive-thru food. Best part is the toast and canes sauce.

Ive been going here for the past 6 or 7 years. I get the prices going up a little but not the chicken strips getting smaller. There are a lot of new restaurants going up around this location so I personally wouldn’t skimp on the chicken. This has happened the last couple times by the way twice this week. Today I said something and the manager was helpful. She gave me two extra pieces. Just look at the difference in size. The 2 extra pieces are what im used to seeing.

My first time here. I dont get it. The chicken is ok I guess but not worth talking about. The fries are cheap frozen crinkle cut fries like you get from the frozen section at Walmart.
I ordered 3 of the fingers and got no sauce. I asked for some and they wanted to charge me for it since I only got the fingers and not the meal. I tried some of the sauce my wife got with her meal and it isnt anything worth talking about either. Dining area isnt clean either.
I honestly dont understand why I have been hearing about this place being good.

I grew up eating KFC so I tried here. I ordered on line and picked it up. So I can’t rate the service or atmosphere. The person who helped me when I got there was friendly and nice. Sorry to say I didn’t look around my food was ready.
The chicken is delicious and the sauce is the added touch for a tasty experience.

You could get full off of a 3 piece before but now the 4 piece combo serves as an appetizer
