I go there basically every week and every time I’m there it’s just as good as the time before. The staff is so friendly and amazing even during rushes which is incredible. The food is always fresh and the atmosphere is always nice and welcoming. Best chicken ever and the sauce is amazing

I highly recommend trying this restaurant, very fast, friendly, & well done service that is sincere & welcoming!! It is strange they don’t offer grilled chicken, but Iv gotta say on that note this was literally the best crispy chicken I have tried- not way too much breading like most others & it was still actually moist & flavorful! The sauce is great too!! The outdoor dining option ties it all together for a nice meal in the afternoon sun with the family. Definitely go experience them!

Never been to a worse Cane’s in my life. Ordered curbside pickup and had to wait 20 minutes before going in to get my food myself. Food was sitting on the counter. Someone said they were about to bring it out but didn’t even have drinks ready. Finally got my food and it’s cold and soggy. Never had a worse experience at one of these places. If I could get my money back I would. Waste of $55.

The chicken is very good and freshly cooked. Service is so fast. My order was ready within 5 minutes of ordering. I love to eat here when I travel. I tried the lemonade this time and it was pretty good. I really like the toast and coleslaw. I enjoy the tea here and like to buy the gallon jug to take home with me. I highly recommend eating here. Great service!

Placed an order for pickup and they handed me the wrong bag after I had said my name twice, Did not realize until I had arrived home and then the same male employee that handed me the food answers. I then talk to the female manger on & she tells me to come in and I can get a refund the next day, I do go in and it took 3 employs to go back and forth with each other saying they don’t know if they do refunds to finally get there manger who then helped.
Staff seemed nice but clueless. And the food that was given incorrectly was flavorless & cold. Hints why I wanted a refund and not the order remade.

The service is very bad. I am a car driver who makes orders on an app and I came to pick up one of their orders and they say it has been stolen because they leave the order there and anyone He can grab it without any permission and take it away. What a poor logistics preparation and on top of that, the girl who is serving me tells me that she is going to talk to the manager and that it is going to take a long time.As if it doesn’t matter to her that it’s not her problem

Their food is good but a little expensive for what you get. The really great part about coming here was their customer service. They were very kind to us, even though we had four loud kids with us. They were attentive to our needs and were thoughtful, even after we had been sitting at our table for a while. They brought us extra plates and napkins without us asking.
