For a fast-food restaurant, the service was shockingly good. The manager was so attentive — she came over several times to check on us and make sure everything was perfect. That kind of care is rare anywhere, but especially in fast food, and it really stood out.
The chicken was fabulous, and let me just say… that sauce is to DIE for. Seriously, it’s what makes the whole meal unforgettable.
My only wish is that they offered grilled chicken options, because everything being fried is a little limiting — but overall this was an amazing first experience and I’ll definitely be back.

Customer service was actually great by the cashier and second windows.
Food was incredible on my prior visit.
This visit my food was cold, further perplexing me about the situation.
I watched the first three cars I. Front of me each take over 3 minutes each to Kobe from the last windows, 2 of them having to pull to the overflow stalls. The next two vehicles took two to three minutes before I finally got to the pickup window. From there I was able to observe that, quite surprisingly there were at least 5 employees on active duty, based on the time it took to move the line along (15 minute transaction with 5 cars in line) I was certain there would be at most 2 employees on the premises.
Im far less frustrated than curious.
This restaurant is built around a design concept built to maximize efficiency and throughput while maintaining quality.
Somehow today’s visit met this structure operating well below mid.

Check the team, check the leader.
What was the failure point here?
Cleon was the one helping make it all right and he was incredibly kind and patient, excellent customer service from him and he should be highlighted for it. He clearly cared that people were getting exactly what they ordered.
I’ve already stated this has happened multiple times to us in the past and I can understand the simple misclick when entering our order, but when the combo is correctly entered ” 3 finger combo, naked, no fry extra toast” and we still get fries no toast there’s a clear communication error or those prepping the order are just not doing their due diligence and fully reading the order. It’s frustrating to continually get such minor modifications to our orders wrong each time we go to this location.
How frequently our order is wrong is why we are considering just taking the extra time and just go to the fort union location because they, even when super busy, manage to always get our orders correct.
Edit: the amout of fries was pathetic in the small container side. $12 for 3 tenders and a 1/2 of a small McDonald’s fry.
Every item in our order was wrong. We returned to the drive through and explained at the ordering speaker that the entire order was incorrect. We were told to pull up to the window, where we were asked again what was wrong, and we repeated the full list of issues. We even held up the food to hand back, but the employee at the window said they were not allowed to take food back. She then walked away.
A manager named Odely came to the window, asked again what was wrong, and then requested the bag of food after we had just been told they could not take it back. She instructed us to pull into a parking spot while they remade the order. We waited even longer, bringing the total time for this ordeal to about 20 minutes.
At no point did the manager Odely apologize for the mistake or the delay, and her attitude made it seem as though fixing the order was an inconvenience. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience with poor communication and customer service.
