This was our first and last time here. The woman who took our order was very sweet. However, that is where the pleasantries end. We got our food and the chicken was so small. One of my tenders was 75% breading. The chicken was so dry from being overcooked. The fries were your standard fry, but they did need more salt and to cook longer. When we went to find a place to sit the tables were all greasy and covered in food. There were also spilled drinks on the floor. I wanted to wash my hands before I ate, but you need a code to get in the bathroom and the ordering line was out the door. I go to get a drink and the ice machine was not working. I went to grad some napkins after eating and they were empty. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience.

Normally love the food but today after going thru the drive thru we’re very disappointed. We ordered two combos. When we got home to eat we found the sandwich meal container with only sauces inside. No sandwich or fries. And the 3 finger combo had about 15 fries and the smallest chicken strips. For $23 we expect much better.

I thought Chick-fil-A was busy until we tried the Raising Cane in FoCo. Holy cow, it was crowded. I’d suggest that another one be opened on the North side of college. And another one in either Windsor or Greeley. Business is definitely thriving!

I can’t give it a great review only because I didn’t go inside and I had heard the chicken was fire however, I assumed it was like fried chicken not just chicken tenders.

It was good but that first blow that all of it was tenders kinda disappointed me right out the gate.
I didn’t really know what to get at that point so I went with a tender meal and a chicken sandwich. Again I didn’t expect it to just be tenders on my sandwich. Nothing else at all no lettuce no tomato pickles nothing but the sauce.

It was ok. I have had better to be honest but the girl at check out had a smile on her face they gave us plenty of napkins I had to pay for extra sauce. I thought it was pricey for no more than I got but I am a life long chef so going out to eat is a kind of wasted expense to me when I know ai can cook anything at home way cheaper and just as good if not better than to go out but I gave it a try and I will go back again if I get a hankering or someone else offers to pay.
Good flavor good crunch, everything was fresh. And pretty fast at that.

Things seem to get worse every time I go here. Prefer the Longmont location but when I am up in Fort Collins, this location is the only option. Not so sure I will anymore.

Today the chicken was tough and the temperature of the food was barely room temperature. The soda machine had no ice and all of the sodas were flat. You can tell the soda machine is having issues. Was able to get ice from the front desk multiple times and asked for the drive through soda, but didn’t feel comfortable also sending back the food. The bathroom is also locked, so pretty much nothing is self-serve, the soda machine needs repair, food quality has gone down, the store looks beat up and is usually dumpy looking, and you need to ask for the bathroom door code every time.

It’s a shame because when things are on point, the food is great. I followed up after they responded to my review, but they were trying to have a call with me when I specified email communication, so we never connected and they never followed up.

I first had raising Cane’s in New Orleans but I am so glad there is one in Colorado. I regularly trek to fort Collins from Loveland just to get Cane’s. I have never had a bad experience with the food nor employees. The sauce is absolutely delicious and my favorite. The menu has a wide selection of food and flavors. I personally recommend the chicken sandwich.

Went through the drive thru, the girl taking my order had this bored expression on her face and looked like she didn’t wanna be there. Now I understand when it’s busy mistakes are made, however. There was three cars total in the drive thru, including mine. And was given the incorrect order (I ordered 2 of the same thing) very very dissatisfied.

I paid almost $14 and that’s all the fries that I got? This location has really been skipping out on giving customers their food because this is a recurring issue and has been for months. Plus their bathrooms are permanently locked, which means you have to stand in line and wait to go up and get the bathroom code and then you have to take your drink cup with you into the bathroom. Are you kidding me????? I’ll be going to the Longmont location only from now on.

This was my first time going to dine in raising cane’s chicken fingers. It was very good. I got the meal with six chicken fingers. The meal also came with bread and some sause, fries, some small vegetables thing. They had coke products to drink. Five stars out of five stars.
