We ordered a 3 piece and a Caniac combo…. Both boxes only had TWO tiny pieces of chicken (see images)…. And the Caniac combo was kissing coleslaw too. Very disappointing spending $30 and only getting 4 tenders altogether. Especially considering the Caniac combo is supposed to have SIX tenders.

Came in for dinner and they got my order wrong. I filled out the survey online hoping they would pay more attention not expecting anything to come from it. Turns out that survey actually means something because Evan the manager called and asked what was wrong with the order and put me in there customer recovery log so they can replace the wrong order next time I’m in. I already loved canes but this definitely just made them better! You rock highlands ranch store!

Today I ordered the Box combo and didn’t receive the box combo. I was given a different order. I told the girl in the window she gave me the wrong order. Showed my receipt. And she says “but I charged you for the box combo.” I said “yes and this isn’t the box combo.” She looks at the receipt and finally gave me the correct order. I asked for her to throw the wrong order away since I’m not going to eat it. And she told me she couldn’t take it back. This isn’t the first time my order has been messed up. This is the 3rd time. I haven’t made complaints until now. I’m tired of my order getting messed up and being given the wrong order. If there is going to be multiple people working drive threw there should be some sort of system so these mistakes don’t happen

I was so excited to go get chicken here as I haven’t had it in like a year or so. We spent $21+ on food and when paying they ask for your name, while we were waiting they sat our food on the counter with countless other people standing around and did not say a name or give us a receipt. We sat and waited about 6 to 8 minutes or so, then had to ask if it was ours. Then when we sat down to eat we open it up to find chicken tenders that were literally only 3 inches long.. I had 3 pieces, toast and fries and usually I would be more than full. I was so bummed and had to go get more food… waste of my time and money.
