Food was great people were amazing and our food only took three minutes to be ready!
Had to come back and add to this, somebody came up to us asking if everything was OK and if we needed anything, which was unexpected for a Canes, some of the best hospitality I’ve ever experienced in any restaurant. They don’t have a tip jar unfortunately, I would be super happy to leave a nice tip for all these wonderful people!

My family and I stopped at the new Canes location on Sunland, and we got a survey receipt! We did lose it, but no worries because this review is well deserved. The restaurant is amazing! It’s so nice, clean, and the staff is super friendly. Luis, the young man at the counter, was so attentive. This kind of service is the best because it made our dinner so much more enjoyable. My family and I will definitely be returning!

Raising canes exceeds the standards of fried chicken. My chicken was fresh and still steaming. Perfect amount of salt on the fries. And a golden brown butter on both sides toast. Joe one of the managers was very helpful in placing my order

Ordered the Caniac Combo, and I also ordered an extra coleslaw. I didn’t receive either one. The combo is supposed to come with 6 tenders, but I only got 4. Instead, they randomly added extra toast. I had to go back inside for the coleslaw, and only noticed the missing chicken once I got home. Please pay attention when preparing orders. This isn’t the first time this has happened to me, and it’s always at this Cane’s location.

Visited with a soccer team of rowdy freshmen and sophomores. The manager, Adolfo, made sure they were very well taken care of!!! I have visited this location before with a large group, and that time wasn’t any different. The boys thanked me, for taking them. I want to pass on their thanks!!!

**First timer Review** Best Canes in town?? I’ll say absolutely yes. They had me at the patio. Chicken was legit fresh and hot, fries were crispy, and the sweet tea was bussin’. Definitely will make another visit. Thanks to Octavio for a great experience .
