I’ve been going to Canes for years! It never disappoints. Chicken is always crispy and moist. Canes sauce is always poppin’. And Canes Sweet tea will always be my favorite sweet tea EVER. This location is my favorite in Austin personally!

The 3 piece looks like a kid’s meal. You have to order at least 4 pieces to get adult size. Make no mistake about it, the chicken strips are good and the fruit punch is on point though

I can honestly state that Raising Cane’s is always filling, despite the fact that it is regarded as fast food..The food is always prepared quickly, and is always very fresh (piping hot) and with generous portions

I have been going to Cane’s for years and have been to countless locations across Louisiana and Texas. I can say today hands down was the worst Cane’s experience I have ever had. The fries were undercooked and soggy, and not worth eating. The toast appears to come in a new shape which is cool but it was super dry (sadly because the toast is a favorite). Chicken flavor was good but again it was all just kinda soggy and the breading was falling off. Portion sizes seem to be going down along with the quality all while prices are going up. I will give this another chance because I know it can be great, but if this was my first experience I would never go back again.

The food was great as usual. I love stopping by for some delicious, fresh chicken tenders. They’re famous for the way they make their chicken very tasty. Despite the great food, I’d say the service was poor with drive-thru staff being very rude and short with customers. 3/5 stars at best.

Need some practice with respect to all disabilities who has autistic and deaf. They feel uncomfortable about how the manager appropriates to 9-year-old girl 9 years old who is autistic. the manager should have appropriate to parents instead of child. it happened and made them feel more anxious because the manager did not give empathy or compassion to communicate in nice way. Just saw an IG video of that incident at your place.

The manager at Cane’s restaurant displayed discrimination towards a young girl who happens to be autistic and deaf. It was a heartbreaking experience to witness, and I strongly advise against dining at this establishment ever again. It is disheartening to see such behavior from a business that should be welcoming to all. This establishment needs to seriously reevaluate its practices, and I hope steps are taken to ensure such incidents do not happen again in the future

This place’s portions are ridiculous, chicken tender sizes are inconsistent and some shouldn’t even be sold or counted as whole pieces. I’ve literally had bite-sized tenders from here which is absurd considering how much they charge for piece combos. Should really consider some kind of QA to make sure they meet at least a certain size, it’s borderline false-advertising to sell some of these. This isn’t even the worst of it (I’ve had smaller, believe it or not), just decided to finally review and snapped this picture today.

We normally love Canes for their food and service, but today we visited this location across from Typhoon Texas at 6:45 pm on Friday 6/23/23 and had quite a bad experience that we thought the establishment should know about. While waiting for our food at the second drive through window, we asked for an extra sauce, to which the cashier seemed to be bothered by. She indicated it was 42 cents and we gladly gave her 50 cents. To which she asked, “do you want the change?” as if annoyed. My husband who was driving said, no that was fine. And we said thank you. Nonetheless, we saw her practically throw the bag of food on the inside counter when it was given to her. When she then handed it to us, we checked to ensure we got the food order we asked for. As we checked she said she’d put the extra sauce in the box, which wasn’t even closed properly, likely from having been handled roughly when she got it before giving it to us. Overall we were quite disappointed with this whole interaction and service and to make it worse, it seemed we got the smallest chicken fingers to boot! We hope others who visit this location have a better experience with the service and with the food portions.
