We’ve gotten food about once a month over the last six months. Each time it’s been pretty fast and very fresh. Lots of teenagers running it, but haven’t had a problem yet. Knock on wood…even when they seem pretty busy the line moves quickly. If your a Canes fan this restaurant is on par with others I’ve visited. Glad we have that option here.

I kindly asked the manager if I could buy the Megan moroney poster from them and she couldn’t even come talk to me herself, she gave me a dirty look from behind the counter, sped walked around the corner yanked the poster off the counter and walked to the back. Personally, i think that is not very good customer service. Don’t recommend.

This place is about just one thing – tasty, juicy chicken fingers! There are other options on the menu but the main game is fried chicken strips. And they are on point every time. The tables are always nice and clean and the staff is super friendly; they always make us feel welcome as soon as we walk in. We’ll be back again and again!

My first time trying Cane’s Chicken Fingers. Service was quick and actually fun…Audry does a great job at the counter taking care of customers and making them feel welcome. The chicken is very tender but unless you dip it in the sauce the chicken and the breading have no real flavor…basically boring without the sauce. The fries were OK but why make a crinkle cut so thin? Overall I wasn’t impressed, not that there was anything horribly wrong with the food, it’s just that there are (IMHO) better options out there. So food is OK and service from Audry…EXCEPTIONAL!

It’s bad enough the tenders are smaller than they used to be, but $16 for a combo expecting 6 tenders, and turned out to be only 5 tenders. That’s $5 for 1 extra tender compared to the $11, 4 finger combo. I shoulda saved my money and went elsewhere. We shouldn’t have to check our food before pulling out of the drive through.

Picked up this large to-go order for some friends.. I believe it was 13 or 14 separate meals, and everything was correct, all the food was there, delicious, AND the employees went above and beyond with helpfulness and kindness, and helped me carry all of this to my car. The drinks were all in drink carriers, but they fit better in my box when taken out of the carriers*which the young man stayed out there and assisted with the transfer of them as well. Great job Raising Cane’s! 10/10 recommend!
