Walked in and three girls standing at the front not acknowledging us or anything. We stood there waiting for someone to take our order, and they never did. Even the manager walked past us and never took our order. The girls were on both the pos systems and ignored us. So placed an online curbside order waited 20 minutes and went inside to grab it. When we went inside even though we ordered curbside pickup they put on a shelf in there and our food was cold.

The drive-in service at this location is very hit & miss. I have waited up to 10 minutes for someone to take my order at the Boerne location (While watching employees sitting in the office looking at their phones) before driving off & going elsewhere. They also are not great about checking orders.
Whomever manages this location is not doing their job.

Younger staff but motivated to serve and courteous. High school hangout some evenings. Ice tea is top shelf, food delivery is fast and it comes out hot.

I guess shrinkflation is real. The chicken pieces were cut in halves the size of what they used to be. The girl who dropped off my curbside order ran and didn’t even bother turn around when I asked for ketchup.

I came to this establishment with my boyfriend and his two friends after spending the day at Six Flags. When we first arrived, we all went to use the restroom. Afterward, we stood in line, waiting to order. While we were waiting, I noticed a woman and her husband speaking with the manager.
Once it was my turn, the manager came over and abruptly told us we needed to leave. This was very confusing and upsetting because we had done nothing wrong—we had simply used the restroom and then stood in line. When I asked what we were being accused of, the manager refused to explain and only said that if we didn’t leave, he would call the police.
I tried to explain that I was waiting outside the restroom for my boyfriend and his friends, and that nothing unusual had happened. I did notice an older man briefly open the restroom door and leave, which seemed odd, but none of us were involved in any inappropriate behavior. The manager then told me that my boyfriend and his friends “weren’t using the facilities correctly” and again insisted we leave.
What upset me most is that we weren’t even given the chance to explain ourselves. It felt like the couple’s word was taken more seriously simply because they were older, while we were treated unfairly and dismissed without question. I understand that sometimes younger people can cause trouble, but in this case, we were only there to use the restroom and order food. We were completely misjudged and treated very disrespectfully.

What happened to this place? I come here all the time. It is going downhill with these kids that work there. Horrible attitudes and customer service. I came in to order people standing around and didn’t take my order. I asked if they were working? Ignore me and continue talking between themselves. Food on sitting not going out either! ?
