The best canes I have been to.
All tables were wiped clean, the floors shining, everything as organized as it could be. I was attended by a sweet young lady that professionally and kindly took my order. I didn’t even serve my drink yet when my food was ready.
The chicken was crispy and tender, the fries as fresh as they can be.
I know it’s simple, but having such experience left me in shock. This is an example of excellence, more so in this downgrading society.

Missing toast. Didn’t b.o.b. Fries cold. Chicken lukewarm and missing breading. Sauces hardly 1/2 way filled up. Rushed through an empty drive through. This is the 2nd time in a row I’ve had an issue with food quality and service at this location. I’m not sure what’s going on, but $17 for six small lukewarm chicken strips, cold fries, missing items, 1/2 filled sauce, AND rude staff is hard to justify. Picture (and experience) from order taken at 1/26/25 at 9:15pm.

Went through the Drive-thru for a caniac order added an extra canes sauce. I was charged for it but it was not in the bag when I got homes. When I called for a refund for the sauce I was told to drive back in with the receipt! Pretty bad service for a $.40 sauce. I just wanted to refund based on principle!

I was looking forward to this meal because I haven’t been here in a while but I was shocked and disappointed to say the least. The portions received were meager. The chicken itself was half cooked. And wasn’t I supposed to receive cole slaw with the combo? The presentation and portion sizes were better in the past. 🙁 I may try a different location in the future.

Here we go AGAIN. Everytime I come to this location I am disappointed. I make a simple request of well done fries and for whatever reason it is not achievable. The portion of the fries has decreased exponentially, they used to be generous but not anymore. As well I requested my toast to be extra well done and buttered on both sides- Does this look like well done and well buttered? No. I did not even end up eating it. I called the manager and was dealt superficial kindness rather than solutions. I will not be returning nor recommending this Canes to ANYONE!!!!

Customer service was great, staff were knowledgeable & restaurant was clean. Be advised extra sauce was 42 cents each or something close to that. Chicken was ok. They fry it a little too “soft” or “wet” for me. Next time I’ll request a hard fry. The flavor of the chicken lacked some but the canes sauce definitely help with the flavor.

Stopped by on the way home with my daughter and the service was amazing. When we walked in the literally every employee acknowledged and greeted us warmly. Placed my order and by the time my daughter and I walked to the soda machine to get our drinks, an employee was already bringing out our food.
As we sat in the lobby and dined in, there was a young man (employee) walking around and asking each customer if everything was ok and if they/needed anything. And as soon as a customer would get up from their table to leave, he would start wiping down the table. Once the tables were clean, he would sweep the floors. Then would check the napkins and soda machines. He was constantly working and checking on us. At no point was he ever just standing around not doing anything.
There also seemed to be a manager training a new employee at the register and she was so kind to him and wasn’t overbearing or stressing him out.
The entire vibe of this Canes was extremely pleasant. Clean, food was great, quick, and just as we ordered, staff went above and beyond

Fast food restaurants are becoming overrated. They charge you for every little thing. 3 strips combo with a drink is $12?! Okay, for one if you get 3 strips and fries; one sauce will not do. The stripes were small and you still will only get through 1 1/2 and half of the fries with one sauce. Then you have to purchase another one. If you get half tea and half lemonade, it’s also an extra charge. I reviewed the entire chicken fingers menu, and guess what!? They all only come with one sauce. I understand that everything cost, and prices are increasing everyday but for the owners of restaurants try the meal with what’s actually given with the meal and see if it works.

I decided 2 go 2 Cane’s after being told it was good & I was close by a location. I ordered the Caniac Combo. It comes w/ 6 chicken fingers, crinkle fries, toast, cole slaw & Cane sauce. The chicken fingers were very tender & good. The crinkle fries could have used some salt. So I added it. The toast was good. It could have used a little more butter. I’m not a cole slaw fan, so I didn’t try it. The Cane sauce was good. Overall, it was good. Would I come here again ? Yes. Cane’s, Good job on making a good 1st impression on me
