Restroom was clean and food fast and delicious. The sauce makes it incredible . I give it an A+ and will definitely return. Our family loved it .

My kids absolutely love Cane’s, but this particular visit was extremely disappointing. I asked for no salt on the fries in the drive-thru, but they were still made with salt. While they did remake them, we were in a rush and had to wait an additional 10 minutes. We were told to pull up, but the food didn’t come out until about 15 minutes later — and only after I called the store. Even then, we never received the drinks for the combo meals.

I contacted the store and spoke with a supervisor who said the meals would be replaced on our next visit, but there was no apology or reassurance that the issue would be addressed with staff. I was told to bring my receipt.

When I returned three days later, I was told the manager, Catlyn, hadn’t written my name down. Despite having my original receipt, it was embarrassing going back and forth trying to resolve something that shouldn’t have happened in the first place.

This location seriously needs to improve communication and customer service.

This place is great. The food was good, like it’s still fast food but it was alright. The service couldn’t be better. There was a nice lady in glasses checking in on us (should have asked her name) and I think she was the manager and plus the other staff were super nice. That’s why I give this place 4 stars ⭐ (almost a 5).

I had a very disappointing experience at Raising Cane’s during a recent visit. I went through the drive-through around 7:00 PM and ordered two Box Combos with drinks. One of the combos was supposed to be naked (not breaded), which I made very clear when ordering.
About five minutes later, I was told to park in the mobile order section due to high volume and the custom order. That was understandable at first, but we ended up waiting until 7:35 PM with no update. At that point, we went inside to ask about our food.
The staff seemed unsure and called out to the back, where we were told the order had already been made. Meanwhile, the cashiers at the front were joking around and admitted that the wrong order had been given out. We then waited an additional 15 minutes, only to be handed the wrong order anyway.
Yes, we were given a refund, but that doesn’t make up for the wasted time and poor handling of the situation. The lack of communication, organization, and professionalism made this a frustrating and unpleasant experience. Definitely not what I expect from Raising Cane’s.

Went during lunch time 3/3/26 . Lady in pink shirt that had gold jewelry around her neck, I don’t know if she’s manager or not but she’s rude with no manners. likes to roll her eyes. To my surprise she’s very friendly with guys only.

Never had this type of service with any one else but her.

Since they started playing Chick-fil-A their service has gotten slower in the drive through. Chicken was over fried, no seasoning on the frys. I have to go out of my way to visit, not sure why I would return.

I usually don’t complain about fast food but this is unacceptable when buying food. When I order 3 chicken tenders, I didnt order 2 chicken fingers and one small tender. Mgmt needs to address this with staff. Only open my box once I got back to work… so naturally disappointed. Do better!

Newly opened restaurant. Service is good. Staff is young and friendly. Service was quick and customer area was clean. Food was fresh but a little oily. Fries are delicious and they gave a special sauce. Definitely try the lemonade.
