Such a nice food, I absolutely love this place but guys you need to check whats going on in your local, there’s some dodgy interchange of suspicious substances in your toilets, check your cameras please I just wanted to have a nice meal enjoy my food and leave not having to witness all of those things… anyways nice food ☺️

While at raised canes I was refused service for not having two Pennie’s, the customer service is horrible and the manager was very rude. I didn’t have two pennys and she sat my money on the wi Dow and refused my service. No customer should be treated like this and there should be nobody in management that treats there customers like this. This is unbelievable. I’ve never had service refused for not having two Pennie’s and I have also never had management sit my money outside a window. I will be calling corporate first thing tomorrow morning.

Spent $24 on two box combos, the food was cold. This is a comment on the staff not serving properly because the quality was inferior to the hype. It is not clever or smart to serve stale fríes with equally cold chicken pieces to scrap leftovers on paying customers; this all could be a potencial claim and health hazard if not corrected. The expirience was bad being the third time this has transpired, never coming back.

The female drive thru worker on Sunday December 7 was extremely rude. We ordered a 6 piece with extra sauce. They charge us for it but gave is a 4 piece, no sauce. Also told us that they didnt have soft drinks, only lemonade. Avoid this location, poor customer service
