Not specific to this location, but the chicken at Cane’s is anorexic. It’s not even a recent change, it’s just been getting worse over time to the point that the chicken strips or fingers or whatever they want to call them are probably half the size of what they used to be when Cane’s began.
I’m a firm believer that restaurants should offer weight standards for their servings because this franchise has been shorting customers for years now. I’m fairly certain they take one chicken breast and cut it into 3 or 4 strips each with the size of these things. I will say that when they’ve given me a blatantly small piece that in a 4 piece basket that they’ve compensated by giving 5 pieces total, but damn, for almost $12 for a piece of bread, fries, a tablespoon of cole slaw, 4 fingers, and a drink, you’d think that the main star of the show would be the chicken.

What a night! The team had me over to welcome in guests and the temperature was JUST perfect (as I always dress for the cold weather, you see). The place was decorated so beautifully and everyone was so polite. The place was kept clean, and I could see how kind and courteous the staff members were for the 2 hours I was there. 10/10 would visit again!

They took FOREVER to make the food, I didn’t eat till I got home and I live about 20 min away. I didn’t notice till I was almost done eating, but because they didn’t put anything on the bottom of the box, the styrofoam melted into the chicken

Our family eats at this Raising Cane’s all the time and it is hands down the BEST location! The restaurant is always clean, the food is consistently fresh and delicious, and the staff goes above and beyond every visit. What makes it even more special is how much they give back to the community—Armand Bayou Elementary has been blessed by their generosity so many times, even stepping in last minute to donate. Truly the kindest team with the biggest hearts. Thank you for being such a staple for our family and our community!

Chicken fingers the original, and the best, very tasty. Would come here everyday and anyday fries give more stars, perfect amount of salt and tastes very good altogether. Bring a jacket sometimes, especially in December. Service is great and it feels cozy inside.

This is the second time the chicken has been served raw. The first time, I informed the manager, and she dismissed my concern, denying that it was raw. It’s unacceptable to deny the obvious and not offer any assistance or solution.
