Atmosphere good, service good only thing he forget to give me the drink glass, otherwise very fast delivery. Food is good Texas bread. I believe Chicken is little dry side so if you can spray little butter that would be better.

First time at Raising Cane’s and I do love how their food is freshly cooked. If you’re going to eat fast food make sure they cook their food fresh and avoid chemicals. The chicken was good but not as crispy. The fries were good and so was the garlic bread. Good portion for a decent price. Friendly and fast service.

Ordered from app for Hebron location and tenders were 1/2 sized 3 super small tenders. Have been to this location before and tenders are usually twice that size. Disappointing. Have always dined in and received normal tenders so guess app was not the best choice.

2nd time trying raising cane’s. The chicken fingers are the star of the show. They are fantastic. Fresh, pure chicken breast, juicy and delicious. The sides need work. The crinkle fries are meh 1/5 and the sauce has too much black pepper. Price is decent and the atmosphere is interesting.

I always receive the BEST from these genuinely courteous group of people!! The gentleman who seemed to be training today at 12:20 did excellent and made sure the order was correct before charging me which i just admire! Issac is also always great when he gets to help me!

It’s not the first time they messed up my order.
Ordered 25 pieces finger & 2 toast…
When I opened the box at home, it’s 25 coleslaw..with bunch of forks.

When I took it back, the manager came out and didn’t really know how to handle it but blamed his employee. Just double check customer’s order before hand it out!

Will never come to this location again.

Seriously amazing Raising Cane’s! Raising Cane’s company is probably the only restaurant in the US that can hire great people at every location. The young people that took my order, made sure my order was correct (one of them told the people in the back to redo the order), and packed my order up. Really great employees. Great location! Highly recommended!

Caucasian manager was very hostile and rude. I honestly forgot today you all closed at 12. There were several people buying food however the manager felt the need to voice her irritation towards me.

Oh my stars, I went to that Raising Cane’s place with my grandson the other day — what a treat! I don’t usually eat out much, but he insisted I try the chicken fingers. And let me tell you, they were something else. Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside — just how I used to make ’em back in the day, only these don’t leave a mess in my kitchen!

The sauce — oh honey, that sauce! I don’t know what they put in it, but I was dipping everything in there. Even my toast! Speaking of which, that Texas toast was soft and buttery, just the way I like it. I asked for extra coleslaw but they let me swap it for more toast instead. Bless their hearts!

The young folks working there were so polite too. One of them even held the door open for me. I told him he was raised right.

All in all, I’d say Cane’s gets two thumbs up and a little happy dance from this grandma. I might not understand all the hype these days, but now I get why the kids love it so much!
