I don’t know if people who work in the entire surrounding area are paid very little, or if they simply hate their lives and their jobs. At this Cane’s—one of dozens where I’ve eaten—I arrived and had to wait a couple of minutes before anyone helped me. Everyone’s attitude in general felt like “I hate my life.” I didn’t see a single smile or anything genuine; everything felt forced and rushed.
I received my food and noticed that the tray was melted. I don’t think that’s okay. I don’t know if it’s toxic, I don’t know if the tray was already like that before (I assume not), but who can be sure? You simply can’t serve food on a melted tray. Where does all that melted material go? Into the food, of course.
I told them about the issue, and basically, for them there was no problem. They asked me if I wanted to change the tray. I told them no, that I would prefer chicken without plastic—or whatever that material was. They gave me new chicken, so the problem was resolved, but there was no apology, and their attitude even made me feel like I was wrong for saying something.
Was I wrong? Is it okay to serve food like this and provide such a sad service?

There’s a person who works here who has a terrible attitude every time I come for dinner. Today I came as usual, but he didn’t want to take my order. Instead, he told me I had to wait five minutes when he wasn’t actually doing anything and didn’t seem busy at all. He just went to the back of the kitchen to joke around with his coworkers. I think this guy doesn’t like his job, and I think he should do something completely different.

My friend tried Raising Cane’s for the first time, and he was seriously impressed. What stood out right away was the simplicity of the menu – fried chicken, crinkle-cut fries, Texas toast, and that famous Cane’s sauce. He said the chicken was juicy, perfectly crispy, and not too greasy. The fries were solid, but they hit another level when dipped in the Cane’s sauce, which ended up being the real star of the meal.
The Texas toast was soft, buttery, and added something different compared to other chicken spots. Portion-wise, it felt filling without being overwhelming.
Overall, he summed it up as a simple but really satisfying experience: high-quality chicken, addictive sauce, and a meal that definitely made him want to come back.

Honestly ive been coming here for a while and they have always been solid. Though tonight I got what looked like a half eaten strip. Which…isnt ideal. Also asked for two toast and no coslaw and only got one with no coslaw.

Joey, You said you’re the manager when I called to let you know that I ordered extra crispy tenders and your words to me were, “I’m pretty sure it’s crispy”. Take a look at the photo and tell me if it that looks crispy to you.
You suggested that I bring it back and you can have it made again. I live off of I-30 and Broadway. Your location is not close by. Instead of you calling me a liar, you should have some emotional intelligence and taken accountability and offered to comp on another visit. I’ll take this loss and never come back there again.
I know losing me as a customer will not hurt you, but as expensive as your food is, you guys should do better. I’m so disappointed.

My kids always enjoy a chicken tenders meal from Cane’s. Now that they added the white rock location, it’s so much more convenient and easy treat them to a meal from Cane’s, since it’s not too far from our house. The chicken is always fresh & tasty, the fries on point and the tea – amazing!

I want to give a shoutout to Jackie at Raising Cane’s for her outstanding customer service. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience enjoyable from start to finish. Jackie was patient, had a great attitude, and made sure everything was correct with my order. It’s employees like her that really make a difference and keep customers coming back. Excellent service all around!

Great customer service. I was greeted by store manager Joey. My family was very satisfied. Our food came out super fast. The store was nice and clean. We will definitely be coming back.
