The food at this location is good. The service at this location was excellent. The lobby was clean, and there was an employee keeping on top of the dining area. The employee even brought my wife a box for her leftovers. The employees at the counter also provided excellent customer service. Overall, I’d highly recommend dining at this loction. I’ll remember to take pictures of the food during a future visit.

As someone who’s eaten at this canes probably 100 times. The food quality has gotten so consistently garbage that I’ve had to stop coming. Half the time the sprite is complete soda water and the staff doesn’t have a clue. The chicken is somehow worse and consistently tastes like it was found in a dumpster. Very disappointing

This is a really nice Canes. It is really clean and has a lot of seating and the employees are really nice. The tea is perfect and their food is hot, fresh and crisp. Literally every part of the meal is good. If you dont like chicken strips it wouldn’t be the place for you lol

I always had good service here except today. So I guess the lady taking your order is training. I couldn’t even hear her talk and then when I get to the window to pay and get my food I decided to pull up because I always check my stuff and they thought I was leaving so the girl who got my change was just laughing out aloud like nothing is funny here except yah. You say my hot sauce is in the bag and ketchup

I got a sweet tea and my dad got a Arnold Palmer and my mom got a sweet tea with extra ice… My mom came back with a unsweet tea for me and 2 Arnold Palmers so my mom ended up calling and talking to the manger. She said that he sounded like a teenager cause he didn’t know how to answer the phone. Not great we shouldn’t have to check our drinks before we leave the parking lot.

I just received something wrong with my order. The lady on the phone literally just told me thanks for letting me know and you can come back to swap it out if you want. Why would I drive all the way back to swap something out? I’m not going to waste my time in my gas money because you guys made a mistake. I asked her if that’s all she’s going to do is offer me to come back to swap it out and she said yes. Rude, disrespectful, and not good customer service. I will never give a good review to terrible customer service.

Great food but the place was very dirty. I had to clean a table just to have a place to eat. There was a lot of employees standing around not caring about the way the place looked. There was only 5 customers in there including my wife and I.

Raising Cane’s is the most consistent, fast, to-go chicken option in town. I suppose it’s just the law of averages, but any time you go somewhere enough times, you’re bound experience some type of order mistake when it comes to drive through food. It is what it is.
Despite Cane’s being one of our family’s most-frequent options, we have never once received an inaccurate order. We have never had to “pull-up”, or we have never had to wait for our food.
With only so many offerings, you would think the consistency-part would be easy. However, so many nearby offerings still struggle in this area. Cane’s has yet to disappoint.

Wasn’t planning on stopping but my daughter is a type 1 diabetic and her number was slowly dropping so we stopped to get lunch. Went through drive thru and when I placed my I asked to add a kid size sweet tea to bring up her number. The lady at the window asked if I needed a carry for our drinks. I said no ma’am the sweet tea is about to be gone pretty fast because my daughter is a diabetic and her number is dropping. She handed us our drinks and then shut the window and reopened it another kids size tea. I told her thank you again because it was appreciate it!!
