Great service overall, you’re helped as quickly as possible. Even when they are busy they are still quick with orders. Only time I’ve waited for more then a few minutes (2-5min) is when they are packed and busy with a line.
The food tastes just as good as it smells, they are quick at making your order(‘s), staff is friendly and Very Helpful.
Highly Recommend coming here(: Can be pricey depending on what you get.

We came in with a group of 32. The staff was amazing. They had our food out within minutes. The atmosphere was great for our kids to relax and visit with each other. The store was clean… but the staff!!! Man they were awesome

Exceptional customer service, my husband son and I went to eat inside. The store was clean, the staff were amazingly friendly. Our food was fresh and done almost as soon as we ordered. They even checked in to see if everything was good! They all deserve a good raise!

0/5. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!! The lady taking our order was not very friendly. We got 2 box combos and then when they called our name, there was only one. My husband then told the young man at the counter that we had 2. A normal customer service person would ask to see the receipt but he proceeded to tell him that he only saw the order for one and did not make it right. We had to go out of our way and bring the receipt. They then did not include my coleslaw and the chicken tasted like cigarettes and ash. Horrible all around.

As a dog lover I absolutely adored the message behind this restaurant. The toast and fries were absolutely divine. The chicken fingers cone out piping hot and fresh. Definitely worth a try. Also dog friendly with a watering bowl outside ♡

Not ever buying canes again. $26 for 8 strips and 6 toast, which, ok, I’ll pay, but DON’T GIVE me 2 puny little tiny strips and call that my money’s worth. I mean so tiny and the rest weren’t hat good either. You know, just a ripoff. Called, and the manager didn’t say anything but ok cool. Such a tool. I told them I wanted nothing, just I won’t be back. Good luck everyone. Food’s awesome there though

SO CLEAN, incredible customer service, entirely impressive for fast food. I know from experience this is due to good management and staffing. Not even dust on the interior window seals. Very busy, because good food!, yet still well-stocked soda/condiments and sanitary. Good customer service and food. It was shockingly my mother’s first time to a Cain’s and she wouldn’t stop talking about how the coleslaw was like her mother’s.

i moved here in october 2024 and i’ve probably gone to this raising canes maybe 4 times since moving here and every single time i come there is the most terrifying spider that’s lodged in the drive through menu and it scares me and makes me uncomfortable every single time and it reminds me that spiders exist and that disgusting things are real. please remove the spider its ruining all my meals and i seriously avoid coming here because i know he’s there waiting

My first experience with the young lady currently working the drive through at this location (11/8/25 10:08 AM) was a few days ago and I chalked her horrible customer service to having a difficult day. Well.. either she is having a horrible week or her customer service skills are just plain horrible! Not only is her drive through greeting unwelcoming you can barely hear what she is repeating to you. Then you get to the window and, without ever saying a single word, she grabs your card, returns it, and then hands the bag without ever turning her heard toward you.
