Weird. The guy that works here with the braces told me to order then hopped in front of me and order. When I walked again in line, he jumped like he saw a ghost. Very sad. Counters are filthy. No sweet tea. Antonio is the nicest person that was staffed this night. Old girl brought the food never said my name or if it was for me. Terrible experience. Please stop hiring kids they dont care not one bit.

Went through the drive-through waiting at the window tells me to pull up and park so I do watch five vehicles get their food and leave I back up. Ask her where’s my food she shuts the window starts laughing. She opens the window again. Asked me what did I order asked her what happened to my food she shuts the window. They start laughing again, and a guy walks out from the dining area with a bag of food and she tries to hand it to me told her I was not taking that food manager came to the window refunded my money remade the order. We come several times a week. You need to train your people how to provide customer service.

10-16-19 lunchtime. The line was not long. The lady at the register was polite, sociable, and helpful. The food was not bad just not for me. I would recommend and I’m sure I’m not the only one that Raising Cane’s should have a spicy chicken option as well as carry barbecue sauce. Not everyone eats your special sauce, just saying.. This location was kept clean.. Overall it was not a bad experience and I would return to a Raising Cane’s but it would not be my first option.

Order raising canes for doordash, told my door dasher that they ran out of fries. How you guys a fast food restaurant and run out of fries?? Instead of accommodating me for THEIR LOSS, they still charge my card for a regular combo. Dont waste your money nor time here! Poor service.

Cane’s was good. Sauce as always hits, but I’d like yall to season the chicken before you batter and fry. It would give the sauce more of a kick. I mean we are in Louisiana ( Known world wide for our cooking)

Rude little girl at the window. told me MY FOOD was a doordash and that i cant go through window on a doordash(wasnt doordash) (also its 1 am, i did not want to go inside and order my food.) and continued to argue with me and was rude. dont know her name but shes blonde, nose piercing and has fake eyelashes. she needs to be fired.
