I eat here a few times a week, and Raising Cane’s never disappoints. The food is consistently great, and the staff is incredibly friendly. They know me by name and even know my order, which really says a lot about the level of service. Moon, Tim, and Francisco all do an amazing job and always make the experience better. Easily one of my go-to spots for lunch.

The food was not fresh at all. But the sweet cashier was awesome. It was busy and not very clean. I will try them again though. Every place has a bad day from time to time. The lady did tell me that lemonade and tea mixed together is not the same price it should be an upcharge or something so the manager I guess allowed me to have it. That was the only thing that was kind of awkward with the customer service.

The food was pretty fast, restaurant was clean. I really like their lemonade. I wish the refills were free. Only think i don’t like is their chicken is slimy I wished they were cooked a little longer. There was also dead flys on our window seal and a couple other flys in the restaurant.

Went to Cane’s for lunch and it was a great experience. Staff there are very friendly, fast with their service, courteous, and willing to do the most to make sure your dining experience is enjoyable. Love the decor of the restaurant, its lively with a vibrant atmosphere to match the delicious tenders and fries. The Cane’s sauce is downright delicious as well as the thick toast that compliment your main course. And I must add that the sweet tea at this location is superb. Cane’s is a great franchise and this location is a great ambassador for the brand. Pay them a visit.

We were here for a get a way and where we live we don’t have a location near us. Amanda the manager was absolutely amazing and extremely nice along with the other staff. The food was ready before we even pulled up to the window. This staff definitely needs to be recognized for their above and beyond customer service and friendliness.

Placed a mobile pick-up order, checked in 5 minutes latter. Waited 20 min for someone to bring my order out until I was tired of waking. When I walked in there was 1 employee wiping the counter and another just standing there while my food sat on the counter getting cold. Of course my fries were soggy and my check no longer hot. I am not a fan of this location!

forgot my xtra toast Again. no napkins or ketchup. service has really gone down as of late. back in my day we used to get one ketchup and two napkins for a 3 finger. oh yeah, and ACTUALLY GET OUR TOAST WE PAID FOR. Smh.
