I paid for a combo meal, and just look at the pieces of chicken they sold me. They threw them straight into the oil and fried them without coating them in batter at all. It’s unbelievably dry. Please serve your customers with more care. I will never come back

I’m extremely pissed of if I spent $33 plus on food only to come home I taste the food was not fresh. The bread tasted old fries tasted old chicken was greasy as hell like why would you serve this to anyone!!! I was in town for a university football homecoming game, traveling with a large group of 300 plus members who needed a late-night meal on Saturday. The team at Raising Cane’s rose to the occasion and made it happen—graciously and efficiently.
Despite being a fairly young crew, the staff was incredibly helpful, patient, courteous, and kind. And yes, they had manners! In today’s world, that’s something truly rare and worth celebrating. Their professionalism and positive attitude made the experience genuinely enjoyable.
I don’t typically eat at Raising Cane’s, but because of this experience, I’ll gladly stop by for fries and coleslaw anytime I’m in town—just to say thank you again to the amazing staff.

The only complaint I have on the food is the tenders seem to be getting smaller, but the flavors are on point. However, this location has given me the incorrect order on multiple consecutive visits. I know you guys are busy during lunch rush but maybe you shouldn’t have 2 drive thru lines if you can’t keep orders straight. I paid Box Combo price plus an addon charge for someone else’s 3 Finger Combo. I feel robbed and betrayed because I’ve always said Cane’s had top tier customer service. Never coming back to this location. 2 Star because the food is still tasty.

I tried the sandwich combo with diet coke and it’s bussin. But when I took a bite of it, look at the inside textures.
The chicken was made of white meat.
The cane sauce was a little okay. It’s just that I don’t like the sauce that much.
For the fries, it’s fine because it’s cooked well fried and… I don’t think it’s crispy enough. I shouldn’t have ask them to make them extra crispy.
And for the diet coke, I’ll give it a 5 out of 10 due to the caffeine and I thought they had caffeine free diet coke and I guess they don’t serve that kind of beverage.

I arrived at the drive thru, ordered a Caniac combo with extra toast to replace the coleslaw. I requested a lemonade as my drink. For my order I received a box combo, no extras toast or sauce. I did however receive my 32oz lemonade. Food was hot and fresh.

Four stars instead of five. It would be nice if we can sub the coleslaw on the doordash app. If it’s so bad you got to force it as a side maybe just get rid of it altogether. lol. I hate coleslaw. Otherwise everything is perfect. It’s a known that almost everyone subs out the coleslaw.

Grabbed quick lunch. Noticed that entire parking lot has been remodeled. Drive lanes now have two. The inside of the restaurant has also been updated. Food came out hot and fast.
Store was very clean and ready for guests. Staff was able to make sure I had everything before sitting down. I can recommend this location when in the area for your lunch or dinner needs. It’s nice to see the location get updated to stand out in a area that has seem to come even further in standards.

Excellent canes. I went later at night around 11:30 PM. Even though it was very late, they still gave me awesome chicken and wonderful service. The food was hot and delicious. Fries could have been a little crispier so I will only give it 4 stars. Good Canes! YUMMY CHICKEN!
