Every weekend I get Cane’s, particularly on a early Sunday. The chicken is never fried right, the chicken will be cooked but it ends up being soggy. Whoever cooking on Sundays needs to be handled, I order during the week and no problem, but everyyyyy Sunday I order I get soggy tenders.

Raising canes will always have a special place in my heart. The meal is always on point.

In my opinion, aside the great food, the staff’s courtesy and friendliness always makes getting food here a great experience.

Pro Tip: Having the toasts buttered on both sides is a game changer.

PS: The image may not be the most aesthetically pleasing picture out there. I was too invested in eating the meal more than focusing how the image came out.

This location is leagues better than Cane’s #1. The inside was very clean and the staff was very busy even though there were no customers, which looks way more professional than some other fast food places… the chicken was done just right and not at all dry. The fries were cooked enough and maybe even too much(which isn’t a bad thing). The toast was perfectly crispy and the sauce was good as always.

The food never disappoints, packed with flavor every time. The atmosphere has a casual, college-town vibe that feels familiar and relaxed. Service is fast and effortless, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable.

What can I say about Keynes that you don’t already know period good chicken, my only complaint is since they don’t use freezers. They have to use msg, but I must say it doesn’t really. It seemed to bother me, go to canes for the crinkle cut fries the simplicity of the menu and the great ck fingers

Overall the staff is nice and this is in no way an attack on them rather it is a call for training and correction to senior management. Chicken Fingers were dry, small, and hard along with the fries and they were all overcooked and lacked flavor. The overcooked chicken fingers were very tough. It seemed like the fryers were too hot ( perhaps in an ill advised effort to cook things faster) or that the chicken and fries were being left in for too long either way restaurant standards and methods are not being followed. This equated into an inconsistent brand experience as also evidenced by other reviews. Workers seemed more concerned with the restaurants closing prep than working on quality customer experience and food presentation. It’s sad to see a great location and restaurant not living up to it’s brand and I hope it can be turned around as I am actually a big fan of Raising Canes, but at the same time I have to offer and honest review. Attached pictures tell the story. Pictures numbered in order of listing: picture #3) Food as advertised, pictures #’s 1),2),4), and 5) what was served, small overcooked portions that look like “chicken nuggets” and overcooked fries that all had a very bland taste, and picture #6) shows the tea machine not running and mixing tea resulting in poor tea flavor and a lack of brand experience consistency. The plastic fork in picture 5) shows it all, a small shrivelled hard and overcooked chicken finger looking nothing like what is advertised in the restaurant presentation picture shown in picture 4) and also very inconsistent with what has been served and expected in Raising Cane’s restaurants. A restaurant is all about consistency and customer experience so I hope this review helps senior management regain this store and bring it in line with the brand. It’s sad to say this at such a great location with so much potential not living up to brand standards.

The staff was cleaning the lobby when I walked, I mean these guys were even cleaning the underside of all the tables wow. But each and everyone welcomed me before washing their hands and trying to take my order. I ordered a 5 piece and a medium coke. Everyone was so happy, I smashed the fries, coleslaw and bread first before hitting those delicious chicken fingers. Golden brown juicy pieces of heaven paired with the coleslaw, I needed that break. The music was a nice mix and not too loud. I’ll be back again

Food took a little time to come, but it was hot, fresh and tasty! The decor is classic LSU! The box combo is huge! Well worth the money.

The food was hot, service was quick, and the restaurant was clean. Reminds me of the one by LSU. I love the interior.
