Stopped in for a quick and delicious lunch at Raising Cane’s.
The young lady behind the counter taking my order was extremely friendly and pleasant made ordering my meal a total delight.
Got the six piece so I would have left overs for dinner tonight. Food was really good di not care much for the coleslaw but everything else was on point.

I got the box and the food was great, as per usual. The service was fast and friendly but the dining room vibe is cold and unfriendly. The surfaces are a washed out grey and they’re hard. The dining room itself was cold also. I would suggest different colors, something warm, cozy, interesting and inviting. The surfaces that we sit on should be soft and comfortable and easily accessible and easily to get up from. It was hard for me to get up from the corner booth where we sat.

I don’t know if the cashier was sick or what, but he kept coughing and coughing never covered his mouth. Hopefully because our food was to go it was kinda protected by the foam box because he coughed all over the three boxes. Other then that the food was okay. The pieces of chicken were really small, but we love the bread.

My kids are OBSESSED with this place and have been consistently since the grand open. They love the canes sauce and toasted bread even for an afternoon snack 🙂 is definitely our go to chicken spot!

Male Mgr came to counter to add my senior discount chomping on food.
so many staff they were basically falling all over each other.
young guy sweeping the floor was obviously not taught how to sweep.
no salt
no parking. no customers
so all spaces must have been filled with employees.
chicken cold. but I could not ne bothered saying anything.
floors and tables needed attention.
won’t be back

The positive things of this restaurant are 1. The food is tasty 2. I like the chicken fingers and the chiken hamburgers 3. The restaurant looks clean and there are many tables for couples, familys or if you go alone.
The negative things are 1. There isn’t customer service at the table 2. The customers have to do lines for pay their orders and sometimes wait for so long time 3. The car thru is one of the slower that I have ever seen.
I like the food, but I think that they have to improve their customer service inside, after the check out while we wait for our order and until we leave. Also they have to work in their car thru service because it is really slow.

Last time I ordered at this Canes (08/25/2025) my food was stale and cold. I called the manager that night and we settled on a resolution, it was his last night at this location. The manager on shift tonight (08/27/2025) was rude, argumentative, and unhelpful. The promise made to me wasn’t kept, they made mo effort to call the previous manager or look for the note he made. Horrible experience definitely supporting the new chick-fil-a instead once it’s done being constructed. 0/5 serivce and problem solving skills. 5/5 on trying to be argumentative and lazy.
