I love our Cane’s in Fremont! The staff members are always cheerful and keep themselves busy. I haven’t ever seen anyone messing around while on the clock. I always feel comfortable when bringing my hyper, rambunctious toddler!

We have always had great food and great service at this location. We were waiting for our order once, and the manager came to us with a gift card to apologize for our wait. We didn’t even realize it was particularly slow to arrive. We were so impressed by the proactive customer service!

Food was very good, arrived quickly was fresh and hot. The restaurant was kind of dirty. Tables and floor had trash on them, drink fountain was a mess. The server was courteous. However, I bought a meal and 10 additional pieces of chicken. The meal contained dipping sauce but the 10 piece did not. I asked for additional dipping sauce and was told there would be an additional charge. It was not the money that was the issue, it was the principal of it. I just spent a fortune for this order, and only received a small container of dipping sauce. That tells me they are more focused on profit than their customers. There are so many other places that appreciate my business more, I won’t be patronizing Cane’s again.

Today my work catered in Raising Canes. I was very impressed that they got everything correct and the food tasted amazing. Everything was labeled with our works name which made it so easy to hand out. Thank you so much for the great food! You guys did an amazing job!

The food is always good at Raising Cane’s. Just wish the gal taking our order would’ve spoken up a bit. It took forever to order because she was mumbling and we couldn’t understand her.

Always a great meal at Raising Cane’s. They only do a small menu, but they do it really well. The chicken is always great! The staff were attentive and friendly, and the place was clean and inviting.

3.5/5 really. My rating here reflects more on Raising Cane’s rather than this particular location. This is the fourth Raising Cane’s I’ve been to. They’re all pretty much the same. The quality of the chicken itself seems good, the fries are good, the coleslaw is good because it’s not overly sweet (and I don’t eat the toast). What I really, REALLY hate is that there’s no satisfying crunch to the Raising Cane’s chicken. If you’re going to fry chicken, then it’s got to be crunchy. But every single time I go, the crunch just isn’t there. Yes, the quality of the chicken is good, but the preparation isn’t too my liking. (However, this visit to the Fremont location is the first time I kind of liked the Cane sauce. I dunno if they just make it better here or if I’m just evolving.)
