Their chicken is absolutely delicious — always fresh and full of flavor. I’ve never once had to return a wrong order; they get it right every single time. The service is fast and efficient, the place is clean and welcoming, and the girls at the counter are super kind and friendly. Definitely five stars!

Food is always good. I just wish they would come out with a new menu item maybe buffalo style tenders or a sandwich or some kind. The sauce though is the reason I keep coming back whatever it is, is absolute perfection. That and the bread OMG soft perfectly grilled and just the right amount of butter. Only negative the coleslaw but that’s just a personal preference don’t like coleslaw.

Very disappointed that I have not heard back from anyone. I sent an email through the website as soon as I received my order on 2/21/26. I ordered the 6-piece through the drive-thru. When I got home, I only had 4 tenders. The cost between the two is 5 bucks. The whole drive-thru experience was bad. They tried to give my order to the car in front of me and then still messed up my order.

The chicken strips, fries and Texas toast were amazing. I was hesitant about the sauce but tried it. It was delicious. I love the simple menu. The staff was very friendly. They do offer a military discount if you ask. There was plenty of parking and the restaurant was easy to find.

Our crew finally got to eat at Canes. I’d say it was ok. I’d compare it with Chick fil A. I believe I’ll continue to eat at Chick fil A. We didn’t really like the fried breading. The kids were disappointed that they didn’t have ice cream. Now the restaurant we visited in Olathe, Kansas was awesomely decorated and had a fun atmosphere.

Food is bland. Wasn’t cooked poorly or anything like that, it’s just not personal taste. Fries are good, chicken has no flavor and they don’t have BBQ or ranch! Just some ketchup type sauce.

Edit: came again to give them one more shot and they were out of toast. This is by far the most poorly managed raising canes I’ve ever been to. The portion sizes for what you are paying just keep getting smaller and smaller. Every time I go it’s never consistent. The chicken tenders were no bigger than my pinkie and for $12 that’s unacceptable.

Hi, I’m a customer that came in today at the canes in Olathe, on black bob.. I had an issue with one of the girls there.
Before I get into it I’d like to mention that I am hard of hearing and to some extent this was my fault but it was handled poorly by one of the employees here.
I was asked a question about my order at the window after I had paid, and I guess she was just confirming what I had. I asked her to repeat herself and she did, QUIETLY. (I know this because my brother in the passenger seat has the ears of a hound and didn’t hear what she said either.) I nodded because it sounded correct from what I COULD hear, and she told me to pull into a spot and they’d bring my food out to me. So I proceeded to do so, and moments later this young girl comes up asking if I had 25 piece tenders and I was like “oh! No” and I told her what I had and she rolled her eyes at me and stormed off. I was surprised by how rude it was but I decided to just let it go.
2 minutes later she comes out with my correct order and I apologize for the misunderstanding and she continues to rudely say “well maybe next time you should pay attention” ……
Wow. It was incredibly rude, I looked at my brother in the passenger seat because I couldn’t believe what I heard and after that she stormed off again.
I know this complaint will probably go under the rug like most complaints do, but I thought I’d bring it to someone’s attention that I’m actually amazed at the poor customer service I received today. I almost don’t even want to go back there anymore because it was just so inconsiderate.
Like I said, to some extent this was my fault but I’ve worked in food industry.. You never talk to a customer that way, and it’s basic rule #1. So yeah. Safe to say I’m disappointed.

Been to several Cane’s before. It’s a very small menu, but their sauce is quite good. Which turned out to be a good thing since unfortunately, on this particular trip, my chicken fingers were rather dry and tasteless.
I’ll come back later to see if it gets better.

CANE’S WILL NEVER DISAPPOINT AND HAS THE FRESHEST JUICIEST CHICKEN STRIPS EVER. I went through drive thru and ordered the 6 piece chicken strips with an extra Cane’s sauce and it was truely amazing. This location appears to be newer and is very clean and inviting. The staff are amazing and I will be definately be eating there again . This is definitely the go to spot when in Olathe.
