Stingiest place Ive gone. You get a half cup of sauce and then they want to charge 50 cents for an other half cup. Chicken was mid, tasted like it was under a heat lamp. At 12:30. Won’t be coming back here!

Chicken strips was awesome, Frys was unseasoned semi soggy trash. As much as I like your Canes sauce alot of people don’t including my wife you need other options or people just won’t come back

This was my first visit and was at 9pm. The service was exceptionally fast. The chicken fingers were very juicy and tender. They were a bit on the bland side but this reminded me of homemade chicken fingers (they tasted like chicken) and the dipping sauce was delicious. All in all it was a great meal.

As the years have gone on, it seems they devote more time to the food than the sweet tea. I’ve been to many locations throughout the states and it seems this one has the worst quality. Maybe it’s because they’re too busy to care, or simply because it’s on their low priority list. Even seems like the workers treat it as a chore just to make it, despite how lackluster their performance is already. Either way, I miss how it used to be. Hopefully, that same level of care returns.

Everything was hot, tenders were delicious. The only criticism I could give was that the meal did not come with coleslaw. It is extra which we didn’t know so we had to go back up to the register and purchase.

Hot take, if your chicken needs that many different dipping sauces, your chicken might not be very good. That is the moral of the story with raising cane’s, where the chicken is dry and Bland until you douse it in sauce. Not as bad as some other chicken tenders that would be more expensive at an actual sit-down restaurant like 54th Street, but I still would honestly prefer the chicken nuggets at McDonald’s over these. Customer service was find, pretty par for the course with fast food, you can always tell the person who’s there taking your order would rather be literally anywhere else

Today I was in for the first time in a while in person and I saw around 12:30-1:00, an elderly man comes had come in there and from what I was told every day he comes around this time and they help him walk in and out the building. It’s so nice and I understand canes has an automatic expectation to help customers and the elderly but they do it everyday with no complaint and they all seem to love the man. He is very lucky to have them as not many of these “younger” crowded areas like canes have that welcoming aspect.

I placed an order through the app to pick up at 4 pm Sunday. I got there early and asked the girl at the counter if I could get it early. She assured me I could. I’m waiting & waiting & waiting…I finally ask if I could get my cups to get my drinks and ask about my order. They forgot about it. So I’m having to wait even longer. I finally got my order. It was good. But the communication was not

Grand daughter wanted Canes for her birthday dinner. I’d never eaten there. It’s now my favorite place for chicken strips and the sauce was incredible! Great atmosphere, clean and employees were wonderful!
