They do one thing and that’s what makes them excellent. The food is always hot, including the French fries, and they are fast. The manager is visible, in the dining room checking on his customers and cleaning tables.

My review is about 2 1/2 weeks old. I want to give praise to an employee Dameon or Devon … I’m not sure and apologize for not recanting his name. My car stalled in the drive through. While I waited for a tow this young man ( employee) made it his business to make sure I was ok. He even paid for my meal! With his pay. As a mother of a young man this made me appreciate him even more. He even came back after 15/20 minutes to make sure I had my food and just to check up. Canes, please extend my grace to your employee. Not to forget the entire staff that night were just as courteous as him. Thanks guys for making my night not as stressful!

This place is always busy! Whether it’s drive thru or lobby, time after time again the food isn’t affected by the amount of traffic. The wait is never that long. The staff is able to handle the flow. The food is hot, well prepared, overall delicious!

I love canes and like any other day I wanted some, but this time it was horrible. The cane sauce was old. Normally cane sauce has a tan-ish color, but this time it was very dark orange in some areas and smelled spoiled. I tried calling in 3 times and it rang until I was hung up on. Very disappointing to be sold expired food.

Worst curbside service ever. Pickup time: 4:43 pm; waited an hour after notifying them of my arrival. Had to call from another phone before someone picked up the call. Wanted to cancel the order after 30 minutes wait but no option was available to do so online…
