Maybe the food is fine. It’s hard to tell because they only have what looks to be four types of combo options and I can’t even tell how you order just a certain amount of chicken fingers and what the sides even are. The menu is too confusing. I wound up just leaving and not ordering a single thing. Plus I guess I didn’t realize that it’s solely a chicken finger place? I would rather have options like thighs or other kind of dark meat options but I shouldn’t have come here I guess to start

I went to raising canes tonight ordered a canic combo upon arriving home and taking bites of the chicken. The chicken is red /pink in the middle. I opened up the rest of the pieces and majority of them look the same way . I’m highly disappointed I already had to turn around because the forgot my extra order of bread that’s I payed for.

I love this place. The menu is simple so consistency with their food is no problem. However at this location, service has been hit or miss. My most recent time there it had improved, but the time before that it was horrible. I waited 20 minutes and started noticing other people ordering and getting their orders before me. They forgot about my order. No apology or anything. I only ordered 3 chicken fingers! But like I said, last time I went the service was on point.
