The staff were friendly, but definitely seemed annoyed by customers within the restaurant. One employee was cleaning super attentively inside and outside!

This location offers a rooftop deck which was super cool! There is a spiral staircase as well as an elevator to get to the top. Staff should be attentive to if there are customers up there while venting about their job/customers.

The chicken tenders were mushy and so greasy, the fries were over salted.. the Texas toast was the best part of the meal which was really disappointing.

My first time at this location was very pleasant. I was helped by a gentleman named Austin who was very professional and friendly. He was also welcoming and kind to my kiddos. I appreciated that fact that he acknowledged myself and other customers when they came in. As for the food, it came out fast and fresh, no complaints. Overall, I had a great customer service experience.

I was thoroughly impressed by this location. It was my first time inside an actual Raising Cane’s location, and the atmosphere was quite nice. Tables were clean, and the decor gave it a distinct feel. I ordered the 3 pc tenders with a side of coleslaw. The food was amazing. Fresh tenders that were crispy outside while still being tender and piping hot inside. Fries were great too, though not as exceptional as the chicken. The toast was amazing too, as expected. Server was very hospitable, and orders came out within about 10 minutes. 10/10 would recommend!

The tenders were juicy and well seasoned. The sauce, Texas toast, and fries were all on point. The feel inside the restaurant is unique with its second floor. My first Canes experience in Pennsylvania wasn’t great but I was pleasantly surprised by this location. 9.5/10

Situated in the heart of Campustown, Raising Cane’s offers a delightful fast-food experience with a specialty in Chicken Fingers. The food quality is commendable, with the chicken fingers being crispy, flavorful, and a must-try. Coupled with competent service and a vibrant atmosphere perfect for students and locals alike, it’s a great spot for a quick dinner. While parking might be a bit uncertain, the dining experience itself is well worth a visit. For those in the $10-20 price range seeking tasty fast food in a lively setting, Raising Cane’s is a solid choice. Highly recommended!

Great place to get delicious Cane’s chicken. Minimal parking.
The tables had crumbs from the precious customer.
You do have to use your hands to exit the bathroom.

I thought the chicken fingers were very greasy, and bland. I didn’t like that there was no alternative to the fries, or the chicken fingers either. Mashed potatoes, a salad, some fruit would all be good options for a side. They could also offer oven fried chicken boneless wings, which would also be a great alternative. But they need to add some spice or flavor besides grease to their chicken. I can say they did provide hot, fresh food very quickly and their employees were great.

Raising Cane’s knows how to do sauce right! Their signature sauce is nothing short of amazing – it’s the ideal blend of flavors that elevates their already fantastic chicken tenders.

I find myself craving that special sauce every time I’m in the mood for some crispy, juicy goodness. If you’re a sauce enthusiast, this is the place to be!

Ordered on the app for curbside delivery, and checked in when I arrived . There is actually no curbside delivery spot but there’s really only one place you could park . I Went inside to use the washroom, and it was apparently everyone’s break time. Ok whatever. People need breaks. Another twenty minutes go by . I say nothing. It’s a larger order. Maybe it’s taking longer . Then I see my app says the orders been completed, meaning I have the order. I do not . I call. The girl says “oh. Someone can bring that out”. Okkkk. Fine . She comes to the car and the order is missing food and the ten dollar plush they were pushing as an add on. The girl tells me they don’t have it or anything they can do,and that I have to use the app to get a refund . I show her on the app that that’s not an option and that the app refers to the store . She says “ well I can’t help you” and that’s that I guess. I’m out the money and to add insult to injury, the chicken they did send out is mostly old and hard with a few pink pieces on the inside. I really don’t understand why people have to be so rude, especially since I wasn’t rude once and they literally stole from me .

This location is the first to open in our city. And seeing as though it’s in the heart of our campus town, I was pleasantly surprised at how smoothly things were ran while they were having busy spurts. I mean organized and for the most part friendly, and efficient service all in one.
