This location was very poorly organized and instructed. First to start off one of the co-workers or multiple of them worked to steal my phone. After minutes and minutes of tracing my steps to look for it I asked the manager if anybody found it, she said no and showed me the “only” phone they had. My son has my life 360 and he used the sound tracker and it went off and I heard it in the restaurant kitchen I look over the counter and a untruthful young lady has the phone right next to her looking guilty and startled due to the sound. I called the police and told them what happened and supposedly can’t do anything because it is a private buissnes. They told me I had to leave treating me like the criminal. Besides the fact that there are thieves working there the food was uncooked and the fries were over seasoned. Never come here. Stay close to your belongings.

Went through the drive thru and placed my order. When the drink was pass out to me, it was overflowing all over my hands. I had to ask for napkins to clean my hands and the drink. The kicker here is the French Fries- I mean the salt that came with a few fries(they looked like they were covered in snow). If I had made it all the way home with having fries that are inedible I would have been pissed. I parked and went into the store and was asked what my problem was. Not even was I apologized to but was handed another order of fries. Like here take it. No way, that act made me decide to get all my money back! Manager came up to refund my money to my card. At no time whatsoever did she ask what the issue was! Not a crate in the world! Forget you Canes! Hope you go out of business here in New Lenox! Keep treating the ones that have you in business like crap and let’s see what happens to you! Canes needs an enema starting with the Management!

First time trying Canes Chicken! It was SO good. The food was warm and very tasty. The bread was crazy good considering it was bread. The workers were really nice and service was top tier. I even got to spin the wheel and won a free box combo for my next visit. Hoping a Canes opens closer to me because it was so good! 11/10 experience. Stop by if you haven’t tried!!

They gave back to the community and the girls bowling team at Lincoln Way Central.
They provided chicken tenders and fries for the girls road trip to Kankakee on wed for a bowling match.
The girls loved the food and loved canes.
Please go to the canes in new lenox you wont be disappointed.

Absolutely delicious and surprisingly fast. Fries were so fresh and cooked perfectly. I would have been happy only eating those fries, nice and crispy. Everything else was amazing also. Great flavor on the chicken, love the buttered toast, too.

I ordered 4 box combos. As I waited 3 people ordered after me. All 3 of them received their orders before me. Not sure why I had to wait longer for their boxs to be made before mine. After I had mentioned my issue I thought maybe I would get an apology but nope. Also apparently the more stores they open the fingers get smaller and more expensive!

For a place with what seems like 5 items on their menu to cook the wait time often seems unreasonably excessive. I’ve sat in line after ordering well over 30min here before. More often 10-15min, which again for such a simple menu seems excessive.
