I decided to try the Crestwood, IL location and I was not impressed. I had curbside pickup and it took a while to bring my food. The only thing that tasted good was the drink. The chicken was cold, soggy and slimy. The fries were lukewarm. I ordered the Box Combo and asked to substitute the coleslaw for extra fries but did not get them. I ended up with coleslaw. I did however get the extra sauce I requested rather than get the Texas Toast.

My experiences at Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers have been a bit mixed. The food itself is good and usually consistent, which is why I’m giving it 3 stars.
However, the last couple of times I went through the drive-thru, it felt like the staff was in too much of a hurry and didn’t want to wait for me to finish my order. The interactions came across rushed, like they just didn’t want to deal with customers.
I still like the food and hope the service improves, because this place has the potential to be much better.

Whenever we see a Raising Cane’s location, my teenagers want to stop. We went through the drive-through at the Crestwood location. There were a lot of cars in line, and I was surprised at how quickly the line moved. The food was tasty. I really enjoy the dipping sauce. The chicken was so hot- it actually melted the styrofoam container it was served in. That’s probably not a good thing.

Just left this location picking up a door dash order. Young black kid with glasses was gonna take my order but he stopped while another employee was talking to her mom. Seems like he cared more about their conversation then my order. Took my order then walked away without giving me my receipt. Order got done, he threw the order on n the counter and turned his back to me. I said thank you and he didn’t say anything back. This one young man was completely disrespectful, took everything in me not to snap on his ass. 2/16 at 4:30.

Well, this was my first trip ever to raising canes. I know hard to believe for a lot of people!! I got the maniac meal. My eyes were bigger than my stomach! Lol six tenders was probably 2 too many. But I did finish it. The breading on these tenders is just amazing.So tender and tasty!! Their dipping sauce is amazing!! Fries were good .crinkle cut. And I had their sweet tea, which was fantastic, also. The atmosphere was good, not that busy.Very clean establishment!!! And the cashier was very friendly. Also I love the toast that comes with it!!!! And their coleslaw is out of this world!!! Needless to say, I will definitely be back.Probably very soon!!!

I was extremely disappointed with the food I received. I ordered an extra sauce because in my experience, one wouldn’t be enough for the 3 finger combo. But I could’ve saved my 43 cents because what I got were three nuggets and a handful of fries… didn’t even use all of the sauce in the first container.
Definitely not worth the money.

I have been wanting to try cane’s for awhile but they’re not one close to me so when i was in the area i seen Cane’s and had to try it, and all I can say is that I’ll be back for sure. Their food was really delicious and hot.

Requested the Box combo, no toast, but add another coleslaw and requested and paid fir an additional sauce. Only 1 sauce was included after I asked the person at the window if my extra sauce was included. The toast was included along with 2 slaws. My previous visit to the same franchise I ordered a gallon of sweet tea and ended up with the no sugar added tea…didn’t know either error til I was back home and of course when you call to report it they ask if you’re still in the area so they can make it right…NO, I’ve learned my lesson… avoid them all together.

I’m so glad this location opened! The chicken is delicious and almost always stays juicy by the time I get home.
We tend to get one Box Combo each. The box combos are $11.39 and include 4 chicken tenders, fries, sauce, coleslaw, toast, and a drink/tea.
It works out to be a few dollars less than if you were to order each item individually; so it is a good deal.
I usually say no toast, sub extra fries. I wish they gave you the option to sub two things, because I would also sub the coleslaw for an extra sauce- I dig their sauce. It’s great on the chicken as well as the fries.
I get either the iced tea or an Arnold Palmer (tea and lemonade mix). The tea is fresh brewed in house! For sweet tea- they use cane sugar, not HFCS!!! Woot!
The only issues I’ve had with this location:
they sometimes they put ice in, when I mark No ice and they use sweet tea when I mark unsweetened.
Otherwise, today is the first time they were late on making the order, (the promised time was 21:36 and I received my order at 21:56; but they had a crazy long line of to go cars when I left and they’ve been super fast every other time I’ve been here.
