I’ve always loved Raising Cane’s, but the Chicago Ridge location was a big letdown. Portions were much smaller than usual, they forgot the kids’ toys and my extra coleslaw, and the sauce tasted off — my kids even vomited after eating it. It felt expired or not stored properly. Sadly, I won’t be coming back to this branch.

Amazing service and amazing place, was met at night by a wonderful front counter team, I believe named Daimen, and Yasmin and had great customer support, very kind to my request for extra crispy !
The facilities were nice and clean, full toilet paper and supringly clean toilets!
I don’t understand some of these other reviews, this place sells 1 thing and they get it right, highly recommend for a large family, small meals, or even catering meals!

It’s Raising Canes, you can’t go wrong with their iconic chicken fingers, the workers are helpful, fast and efficient, and the atmosphere is very welcoming and friendly. Overall this is a solid 5/5, always reliable, and always great.

The food was great, the service not so much. It was early in the morning and the cashier already had a sour face and an attitude. It was like she was mad we were there. Besides that, it was fine.

Best bread and chicken ever. The sauces are amazing as well wish they had grilled or vegan chicken options

I went to the new Chicago Ridge location. I got the box combo $12.29 with tax around $14.00. I’m very disappointed with the portion size for the price I paid. My advise is to double the fries and coleslaw. That won’t break the bank and It’ll come closer to being worth $14.00. The photo doesn’t include the Texas toast. I ate that before taking the pic. 2 stars because the food does taste great. Just not worth the price.

This is a report from an order I got a drive thru order at 10 23 pm today and window person was mopping floors them she handled my food and packed it and placed in in a bag. No gloves no washing hands in between food handling and mopping. Definitely not eating this.

Hey fellow Google Mappers! ☺️ This was my first time at the Raising Cane’s location in Chicago Ridge. Me & my boyfriend went through the drive thru since the line was really short. The service was fast & the food was very delicious.
Customer Service: The staff we interacted with were friendly. It only waited for a little bit and then our order was ready.
️ Food/Drinks: I ordered my usual, the Caniac combo (No coleslaw and sub for a Texas toast) with a Sprite light ice. It was very delicious! Tip to customers: I highly recommend asking for light ask because at some locations, they will fill the big cup with ice and not so much of your drink. By the way, Cane’s ice hits different. I’m an ice lover and the ice is crunchy but also not too crunchy.
⭐️ Overall Experience: Overall, I always have a great first experience at the new location. I didn’t get the full experience since I went through the drive thru, but next time, I definitely gotta to order at the restaurant and enjoy the outdoor patio.
I hope this review helps Raising Cane’s in the Chicago Ridge location, Raising Cane’s in general, & its current and future customers.
Have an amazing day! ☺️

So it’s my first time going here and I work down the block, so I figured it’s late at night, it’s the only place that’s open and they look like they have good food and I was still right and thank you so much. The guy that was inside Damien and he was so helpful, it’s not everyday. He’ll get really nice customer service. Especially this late at night. Definitely set the mood for the place.nI’ll be back in the food with amazing
