He follows full instructions without question with a great smile and make sure that the customer is happy and also make sure that the kitchen staff knows to follow instructions.
At this location, there are other great workers, but this one standed out the most.
There have been a few workers. I know they’re not bad but at this location, they just have not inspected the box to make sure the kitchen staff did the right job.
When I go in this restaurant, I always order the largest meal. I make sure it has large fry large drink that comes with. I do not want salt on the fries. I do not want ketchup in the bag. I do not want any cane sauce. I’m actually allergic to tomato product.
I do not like the coleslaw. Main reason is they put it in the same box with the hot food I don’t think any restaurant I’ve gone to does this correctly. They always pack everything cold and hot together. Very sad that management does not trained correctly.
I told them to leave the coleslaw off and to replace it with an extra piece of Texas toast.
When the bag is given to me, I’m mostly a delivery person so I have to run and head out to my car to eat while driving.
I noticed there’s ketchup in the bag. There’s cane sauce and was sad about this Is the restaurant pays for that? I’m trying to help them, but the employees would rather waste the money. I throw it in the garbage. I can’t use it and the fries sometimes do come with salt I’m not happy about that. We have enough salt in our system i request no salt. There should be no salt.
Now out of all the locations I’ve gone to in Illinois. This is still far The best location, the front desk people are very kind to me very understanding with my request. Will do whatever they can for me.
I’ve gone to the palatine location and I don’t mind paying a quarter to fifty cents but the point is there’s a manager at that location has told me they don’t charge for sauce so if I can’t have the cane sauce because of a food allergy they will give me a honey mustard sauce and when I ask for it from the employee, they don’t just do it or they don’t just go ahead and charge me the $.25 they let me know if it’s gonna be extra money and do I still want to go through it.
Really poorly trained at a lot of the locations
But I like this location best and they do have some of the best workers.
Thank you again, Brandon for appreciating me coming into your restaurant where you work.
The signature sauce is pure magic — it was love at the very first bite!
The Texas toast is unbelievably good, and the crispy chicken fingers with fries are hands down the tastiest fast food we’ve ever had!
This place has become our ultimate favorite, and we’re proud to call ourselves loyal customers.
Special thanks to the amazing staff — the girls are always so kind, polite, and full of positive energy.
You’re absolutely amazing, Cane’s team!
Anyways a pleasure!
The flavor is all in the sauce as the chicken is more of a plain jane.
