Raising Cane’s is truly one of the best spots for chicken fingers. The food came out fresh and hot, and the staff were friendly and full of good energy. The whole place felt clean, stylish, and honestly had a really fun vibe. The service was fast, too. That day was just a great experience overall.

This is a quick in and out.
If you love Chicken fingers this is the place. They.only have two dipping sauces. Honey Mustard and Cane Sauce. The employee didn’t describe the sauce very well so we passed.
The food was fast, hot and tasty.

Overall, it was good service, and it was typical quality for Raising Cane’s, which is pretty good in my book. However, our food was put in Styrofoam containers while still hot enough to melt holes in the containers, which is not safe at all for eating. I tend to like Raising Cane’s chicken without the Stryne on it.
Update: I put in a report on the website and was contacted within 20 minutes late at night and was told the issue would be elevated and looked into. While I’ll keep this here for information, I would like to give credit to the follow up of on the issue.

The food was slow to come for it place not being busy. However staff apologized.
The thing that got me was the lack of food. All 3 of us who ordered got jipped . The amount of fry’s was half of what I have gotten elsewhere

Ate a caniac combo and my chicken tenders were soggy and had bone cartilage in it.
Not sure what’s going on, but I’ve been eating Raising Cane’s for a the past ten years and I feel bad for people who live here and have never tried what Canes is suppose to taste like.

Place was nice, loved the decor and overall the vibe. Service was amazing, we got through the line quick. Food took approximately 25 minutes to get, which isn’t bad considering how busy it was and me ordering the Caniac Combo which consists of 6 tenders, slaw, fries, toast and sauce. Food was alright , the chicken tenders were definitely the best part . Fries were a bit cold and lacked flavor . Bread was tasty and buttery.

Absolutely loved everything about this place! The food was fresh, and tasted AMAZING. The staff were beyond friendly and made us feel so welcome. Especially the girl helped us, she so sweet, energetic, and kind, and she genuinely made my entire day so much better just with her positive attitude. This was such a great experience and I will 100% be coming back again!

Bad customer service in the drive thru. Didn’t say a word to us, gave us our food drinks, slammed the window in our faces when my bf was going to ask her about more sauce don’t even hear him just slammed the window right away and went back to work and just kept talking and taking whoever was ordering in drive thru. No, hi, thanks. Nothing. Short haired girl working drive thru.. needs better customer service skills. Good was good and hot but the service turned me off. And we don’t have canes in our area so we’re excited to eat here.

We had a pickup order that got stolen before we got there, which was crazy, but the employees apologized and worked hard and quickly to fix the problem and get our order to us. I think the issue was with putting their carry out order shelf five feet from the front door. Seems like easy pickings. The food tasted good and the sauce is awesome, I just wish there was a little more variety in the menu.
