The chicken was fresh and hot. And since it’s a simple menu they had it ready right away, which was nice. The portion size was good as well. That being said, the chicken had very little flavor to it. You get a cup of their signature sauce, which looks like thousand island, and it also had very little flavor. I do not like spice so I’m not even talking about spice, there just wasn’t much flavor. They do give you a piece of Texas toast with the meal and that probably had the most flavor. It was good.

It was excellent when it opened. It sagged a bit in it’s quality of product a couple of months ago. But, this time the chicken was back to being very juicy and not dry, we asked for the toast to be buttered on both sides as the two times beforehand, it was dry as a bone.
So, we are willing to continue giving them a chance, as when they do their best, it is the est in the entire area. When the chicken and Texas toast are dry, it might as well be Church’s, as it isnt anything special. The sauce is amazing, too.

Delicious, hot food! When ordering from DoorDash, they require dashers to place the order for the customer using their Red card to ensure the freshest food possible. Aside from an eyeroll or two from a teenager, this is a great place for some chicken toast and fries!

Longtime listener, first time caller. Man at the speaker was enthusiastic and smart. I ordered a sandwich and was explained that it would be three tenders on a bun. Instead we received two three tender combo meals. Food was piping hot. Sauce was delicious, fresh Zaxby’s style. Tenders were premium all white meat and tasty. We were excited to see Canes come to Janesville but limited our trips there due to the employees at the front counter. The last few times we’ve been in there, we were served by a young lady whose name is Chosen. She is an incredible asset to your restaurant and makes the experience a notch above!

By far the worst chicken I’ve had. Why isn’t there any seasoning on the food? The only thing that was good was the sauce because its the only thing that got seasoned.

Ordered pick up from the app. It’s a 3 min drive back to work. The chicken seemed old, the breading fell off immediately. The fries were soggy and limp. The coke seemed like it came out warm and ice was added. The soda was flat and watered down. My coworker expressed the same sentiment. He said it was his first time and never again. The same for me. A waste of 12 bucks.

Cane’s sauce tastes vinegary, the honey mustard nothing great. The chicken and fries were okay. The coleslaw was very bland, crunchy air? The atmosphere is good. The drink machines were out of order. When we ordered our food we had to go back up to the line because we were missing the sides.
